I previously worked with John Rios in custom designing an engagement ring for my Fiance. Now I have returned to design a custom fit wedding band for my wife. This company is definitely doing it right with customer satisfaction. One thing I enjoyed was the quick email response time and having the ability to talk to the same small group of people about your orders. I had a slight issue with my ring size and that was because I went to Walmart to get it sized and ended up being a half size too big. The company had no issues with sending me a ring sizing kit two times (they both eventually came in, but the first ring size kit was held up due to the hurricane blowing through Florida at the time) and making a new ring for me. They had to remake the ring from scratch just because the metal was Cobalt and it had a design on it. They allowed me to hold onto the first ring because my wedding was too close to send the first one back and have the second on time. They only thing I had to pay for the second ring was shipping and that wasn't even expensive. I would definitely recommend buying a product from them! Both of my rings were in excellent condition and haven't had an issue with my current ring nor do I expect to. They also make sure your product is packaged well, too well in my opinion, but if it works who am I to judge. Great Company!

I was referred to Brilliance.com by a friend who had recently proposed to his girlfriend. Although hesitant at first about making such an expensive purchase without first seeing the diamond in person, I decided to go with Brilliance.com because of their high-quality products and great prices. Jonathon and everyone at Brilliance was a pleasure to work with, helpful and professional every step of the way. My fiancee is thrilled with her ring and I would not hesitate to refer others to Brilliance.

My husband and I searched for many months for a good value on diamond stud earrings, which we also felt were high quality on the important diamond shopping factors like cut, clarity, color, etc. We quickly found Brilliance.com to offer a huge selection of diamonds that were exactly what we were looking for. When we were ready to choose a pair of loose diamonds that would look nice together, one of their customer service representatives helped me narrow down to two beautiful stones and we couldn't be happier with them. I had an extremely great experience with Brilliance! They got my order exactly how I wanted it. I also worked with one of their consultants and they we super helpful with some of the questions I had. I found them on pinterest so I was slightly hesitant to order my soon to be husbands wedding ring from them, however the ring is perfect! I love it even more than I did in the picture! The pictures you see really do give a good representation of the ring. I plan on using them again in the future!

Like many others, I was skeptical of buying a diamond ring online without having seen or touched it. After speaking with Erin, I was confident it was the right place to buy. The price was right. The ordering process was easy and I was updated along the way. I let them know I had a specific date I'd like the ring (our 5 year anniversary) and they made sure it arrived on time. Anthony was the rep that I dealt with and he was great. From the get go he answered any and every question and I had and he also sent me pictures of any diamond I asked for. Once I decided on which diamond I was buying he stayed in constant contact with me about shipping so I could get it shipped to the correct place at the right time. Brilliance is hands down the best company to buy your diamond rings from if you want the best price and customer service!

I was a little hesitant ordering an engagement ring online but I received expert advice. I did use the chat feature only to have a request to talk by a rep over the phone. They were so knowledgeable and made sure I understood what kind of diamond I was getting and even made setting suggestions.

The result is a beautiful pear shaped diamond ring that rivals rings 3 times the carat size. And wow this diamond shines and sparkles more than I've ever seen. I am elated at my purchase and when that bling hit her eye yes was the only thing out of her mouth.

Buying process was smooth. Had the ring appraised and it even appraised for more than what the certificate indicated.

The ring arrived early. I received a personal call after ordering asking when I wanted it to arrive. It arrived three days early.

Of course I couldn't wait and went on and popped the question. Very happy!

Brilliance.com was a very user friendly site! It was a great experience purchasing from them, because they were easy to talk to about everything. I ordered my ring and needed it by a certain date in order to propose and so they were able to move a little faster I guess then they are use to, to accommodate my need. That being said it took them 15 business days on a rush I think it would have be 20 "business days" I put a quotation over business days because it was longer that all in all. Weekends didn't count. What I wasn't too fond of about that is they basically give you ten days to return the ring and get your money back on their 30 day return policy, since it starts the day of purchase online. I think it should start the day you receive it in hand. The ring and diamond itself were legit and looked wonderful you shouldn't have to worry on if you are getting a fake one, especially if you have a certificate of authentication along with the diamond. Lastly, I probably wont work with them to have my ring cleaned or fixed, because it bothers me a little with all the news out there about people shipping their rings off to be fixed or cleaned and not actually getting the diamond the bought back. That hurts and online jeweler the most I think. Luckily my local jewelers clean for free and fix for a small fee.
