I bought a tangelo tree because I lost my pregnancy and I buried the baby under the tree. I hope that I do the right things to take care of it because I read different ways to care for it. I live in Wisconsin so it is in a pot for the colder weather.
Right out of the box I noticed that the leaves were curled and were graying at the edges and crunchy. I have ordered lots of plants, trees over the years and knew something was wrong. After spending time on the phone with BB's plant specialist and someone in customer service, I was mailed a second tree. It arrived with similar leaf symptom, though not as bad as the first tree. After much searching online I believe the trees are suffering from a herbicides application. I continue to "baby" the healthier tree. I hope it survives.

The first set of trees looked like they were great from the nursery but we're damaged in shipping. Called customer service and sent them pictures and they sent out new trees right away. They looked great also! Thank you!
Tree arrived in gorgeous condition as if I picked it out personally from a local store. No falling leaves no issues!
Maybe I missed the fine print, but the picture was the bait and I swallowed it without a second thought. The shrubs that I received are perfectly fine, but my expectations were not met.

My husband wasn't able to plant our new tree for a few days once we received our order. I was very worried for no reason. Not only was it very healthy it started with new growth within days of being planted.
I received my beautiful crepe myrtle in excellent condition packaged securely in a timely manner, it's been about two weeks and I am already seeing new growth. Much better quality than you can find a a big box store. Love it

We were looking forward to the advertised promotion "free white dogwood" but apparently we placed an order the same day it expired (it was in my cart…). Also, friends found the same types of trees at a local nursery for less money than we paid. Otherwise, it was a good experience
Bought two 3 gallon Camellias, and both arrived good and were packaged good for their travels.
One in the ground already, and so far it's looking good.
Will now work on the second one.
