I received my tree in good condition as far as packing is concerned. The website was easy to navigate and shipping was quick. The tree I received is an extremely flimsy sucker twig that is growing from the side of a tree that had been cut off at the stump. The natural inclination for this twig is to lay nearly sideways so it is not a tree that will grow straight depite my best efforts to support it with rope and stakes.

Detailed plant description was very helpful, especially knowing these should grow well in a container. The plants arrived in great condition and I'm glad I paid a little more for more mature plants.

Horrible, embarrassing, worse plants I have ever received in past 20 years

The packaging was good but 1 bush arrived broken off.

Great experience, but my new tree appears to be greatly tree came root bound.

The tree and bushes were very dry but in very good condition when they arrived in the expertly packed box. However one of the Butterfly bushes had several branches that crossed and rubbed against each other. I Had to prune 3 branches after unpacking.

My sweetheart cherry tree arrived a day later than scheduled but was in good shape. I planted it per the instructions in the burlap bag but it seemed sluggish to take to the soil so I dug it up, removed the burlap and now it is flourishing. I look forward to its continued growth and beauty.

Received my tree well packaged and very quickly! Everything was intact and healthy!

Plants were very disappointing, small and expensive, the larger plant was in poor condition. I ordered 2 Goji Berry bushes, the larger size cost $100 and not worth the money.

The trees are doing great and were in better condition than I anticipated.

Website easy to use and find exactly what we wanted

The ice banana tree had a lot of leaf damage. Have been taking extra care of tree to "distress" it. Appears to be coming along with ALOT of TLC.

The 2 lavender plants and peony died after being planted as instructions provided. The only survivors so are the 2 lilac pushes.

Very good easy process & the Gardenia was fresh & ready to plant. It had a flower open & numerous buds. It's in the ground per planting instructions & seems to be thriving well.

The plants came neatly packed and healthy. Very happy with this company.
