When we received our gardenia plants it already had a beautiful bloom and may blossoms.

Received what I expected. Items were appropriately packaged, I little distressed, but planning right away they are living and starting to grow. As expected and highlighted, they are a bit small versus a neighborhood nursery purchase.

We purchased a tree and a plant, the plant was not in great condition and scarce. However the tree was packaged well and the instruction were easy to follow

I was expecting that they were look like what is shown in the picture. This is my first time to buy online. The quality is good.

Ordered two White Weeping Cherry trees. One was healthy, but the other looked dead, dehydrated, some burnedout leaves, and with a few broken branches. Called customer service and provided pictures of the unhealthy plant. I was told to wait three weeks to see if it comes back to life. 22 days later, the tree looks worse.

Recieved in timely manner. Packaged perfectly but Crushed in shipping and new FedEx delivery young man had spit chew in one box and threw other at my dog and said he dont like dogs. No fault of provider tho. Broken branches and now leaves are falling off.

We are very pleased with the hydrangeas that we received in response to the damaged plants that we got with the original order. The prompt response was great and the plants are doing very well. We have even nursed the original damaged hydrangeas to a healthy state.

The package seems good. But the plants arrived with a lot of infested leaves, and we have to clean it up quite a bit.

I was looking for a fig tree, and I was asked a couple of questions the State that I live in, etc. and the perfect tree was picked for me by a wonderful lady that explained everything about the tree and how to take care of it. I was very happy for the time she took to answer all of my questions.
