The avocado tree I ordered came in very distressed and with white powder on all the leaves. I washed it off and called for guidance and was told that shipping can stress the tree and to give it time. It continued to look sickly and loose leaves. I transplanted it into a larger container (roughly double the size of the container it came in) as the roots were growing above the soil and it continued to die. I called support again and was told that transplanting can cause shock and to give it time. It it now 2.5 months later and all of the leaves have fallen off (they've all looked miscolored and sickly the entire time I have had the tree). It is not the watering or the sunlight that's the issue as it's in the exact same location as a prior avocado tree that thrived and I am carefully following the watering directions. I would not recommend buying avocado trees from this website. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on what's basically a sad stick in a pot of dirt.

Struggling

I was excited to get my trees! I planted them in full sun and water them every two days. One is perking up and one is not yet. I am afraid it might die! I hope not! Iam really looking forward to seeing them grow and bloom.

Spartan Juniper trees

They looked great upon arrival, however 1 was broke at the top which made is much smaller then the other 3. I called BrighterBlooms and the sent a replacement right away. I'm looking forward to them growing to provide a privacy area.
Highly recommend working with this company and I will order more in the future.

Very disappointed

Received tree with mealy bugs and plant was very skimpy. Called immediately and was told to spray with alcohol which did not help. Bought neem oil and bugs are still on plants. Have not planted yet and just applied second application.

Courteous prompt customer service

Shopping was easy, photos consistent to product sent size wise. Shipped out and received 5-7 days after ordered, so prompt service. All items came at the correct height that I ordered them.

Unfortunately it was 100 degree heat for 3 days in a row and they came with all the leaves dried out in 1/2 off the tree in the bottom of the box.

Customer service was courteous, positive and reshipped new trees at no cost to me, including no shipping fee. I'm excited to see my new trees when they arrive in the next day or two. I was told if they also come damaged they will refund me my money and to purchase in March or April of next year when the weather will be better for shipping and trees in bloom.

GREAT customer service. Willing to work with you and take responsibility even for weather related issues with product.

I sent this as a gift to a bereaved friend and the plant was put in the ground immediately after it arrived. It is not doing well at all and I plan to send you a picture of it after a week in the ground so you can tell me if this is to be expected and it will inprove. I hope so!

Ordered two small fig trees and a mulberry bush, all three arrived on time, brighter blooms corrected an issue due to deliverer negligence (placed box not right ways up). The replacement plant arrived beautifully! Everything is in the ground and already growing well
