My order was confirmed on July 3rd and arrived on the 19th July after having been sent to the wrong address. I understand that that this can happen but I was disappointed as there was no apology or compensation.

Excellent response to 2 trees that failed. Promptly replaced with excellent condition trees. Couldn't be happier!

Packaging is stable, trees protected well in the packages, delivered without problem. Great customer service too. Received good advice on our first order - a tree that started dying. Then after their recommended intervention did not work, the orchard replaced the tree without problem. We bought another tree from them - both trees doing very well. Very satisfied

I placed an initial order of a red blood Japanese maple then decided I wanted a second tree and made another order Brighter Blooms stop the process and had me contact them to confirm this was correct and on top of that the took my shipping of each order because both orders combined would have been eligible for free shipping. Trees arrived in great shape bigger that expected and look great very pleased thanks

I was hoping that one of the trees that looked dead when it arrived would recover but it is in fact dead and needs to be replaced.

The flower delivery was made after the third attempt, but the plant was not watered while it was in transit. The plants needed a lot of help when they were received and they are still not sure if they will make it. (I did not contact Brighter Blooms because the family that the plant was delivered to, "didn't want to complain".) I found out a week or so after the delivery.
