I would highly recommend reading reviews and I did, and they had some positive reviews, but the few negative well those are the ones to read. I am 3 weeks away from my wedding day and now I have to find another dress. I was so happy and excited about this dress it was so pretty, and they dress they sent is so ugly and WAY TO BIG and I sent my exact measurements, and it is way too big, but it is just not pretty. It is very heavy and very cheaply made. If I just had money to throw away it would be different, but I don't and I waisted it. They were very responsive while making it and now that I have a problem, they will not talk to me at all. Do not order from this company Bridelily they are a scam unless you just don't care, or you can afford to throw your hard-earned money away because in this economy I don't know who can do that right now. Please read the reviews!

Bought this for my daughter's winter school dance. Came exactly as described and looks great. Nice thick rubbed material and has washed well.

These people are the worst! Ordered a dress based on their recommendations. Did not fit, having an impossible time returning. Quality of dress is non existent! Ugly, not as pictured. Material so stiff you couldn't possibly wear it if it did fit. Need I say more?

I orded this dress and I love it, i will have to fix the shoulder part tho...but other wise it's perfect and also it's a easy fix so that's no big deal.
Bridelily also contacted me before i got the dress to know how my skincolor i had, so the could make the dress match my skin color the most. That shows they care

I wish I listened to the reviews prior to this. Make it a priority that you can reach customer service whenever you order from a company. They sent me the wrong color in dresses and when I tried to return, they made it difficult and eventually stopped responding to my emails. I was told that even though it's the incorrect color, the "tailor already made it" and it could not be returned which goes against their return policy and what it says. So I paid 200+ dollars in dresses I cannot use for my sisters wedding and I cannot get them returned because they do not respect their return policy. I have been e-mailing them for 5 weeks now and it has gone in circles and they promised me a refund at one point and then said the manager needs to approve it which will happen within a week. It's been 3 weeks and the manager has not said anything and they just stopped responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! IT IS NOT WORTH MONEY AND HASSLE. They are so unprofessional and stick to something in the USA that you can contact easily. THEY ARE A GARBAGE COMPANY WITH GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bridallily will not honor their return policy a dress just doesn't look right. After numerous emails back and forth, they said I should sell it or just keep it. Poor quality all around and dishonorable.

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! It is a China based company. I ordered a jacket from them but didn't know it was an international company. You can imagine the hell they gave me when it was cut too small. Had to file a claim. BEWARE!

I love this site because they have an awesome selection of styles, colors and fabrics. Also, their customer service is great. I have to say it's not as speedy as
I'd like due to there's no number to contact someone; only the message feature, but they respond promptly and resolve issues quickly. I got this for my granddaughter so I'm not able to include a photo right now, but the dress was so pretty and fit perfectly in accordance with their measurement charts, etc.

It has been brought to my attention that Bridelily has been stealing photos of my wedding dresses to promote as their own product. They have also watermarked these photos. I have been informed on multiple occasions by different customers and I would like for people to do your research before ordering from this website. Other businesses have worked hard to build their shop and Bridelily has been doing nothing but copying and pasting photos from other websites to build their own.
