I was wary of buying a dress online, but as a lot of places are still closed I started browsing and found a boho dress I loved. I got it in and tried it on with my mother, I absolutely love it! It is also so well made! Our wedding is not until August, but I'm so excited to be wearing this dress!
I got my dress in 45 days and love at first sight. It is beautiful. I ordered up one size from charts and fits great.
First this buisness "re-creates" dresses from random pictures they find on the internet... NOT advertised as such...
In my experience they do a poor job of replicating the images. The dress I ordered vs what they shipped were VERY different. They missed the application on the Waist, added cheap floral application to the neck line and wrists which were not in the photo, they used a striped fabric to mimic a folded tulle, porportions were way off and they added some cheap ribbon in place of a tier in the skirt...
Next, their return and alteration policy is NOT clearly advertised or honored. They do not clearly advise or detail what a custom/ non returnable product is even durring the checkout this is not made clear. I purposly ordered a generic size so I could return if needed.
I tried to return it for the 80%, (there is a 20% restocking fee) and return shipping at my own expense... They claim I selected a customized product and have declined offering a 30% credit towards my purchase...
The site also indicates a rebate for alterations... they are unwilling to honor this in addition to the "credit" they offered.
Next, if you live in any country outside the US, expect to pay customs. I am in Canada and this cost an additional $40.00.
The cost I will incur to have this dress salvaged by a local seamstress will put my costs right back up to boutique cost anyhow.
None of the discrepancies were clarified or commented on when I spoke with the manager of their online store.
Note also... there us no negative reviews on the site. But if you start searching online many others have been through the EXACT same thing as me.
I get a dreamy wedding dress. I ordered this dress in white, it's simply beautiful, great material, the sewing and raw edges are perfect and well made. The conversation between myself and the seller was timely. I am so grateful!

Great dress! I had mine customized and only a little bit of alterations are needed! Also, I had them do a different color! They shipped way ahead of schedule! Great experience!

I bought a so pretty dress from the dress which is an online shopping site introduced by my friend, yesterday I just received it, it looks nice on me and the material very comfortable, I am very satisfied with my dress, for sure I will shop with dress again.

Recently had questions about purchasing initialled bracelets and they answered quickly and politely. Afterwards, they offered to add my order to a priority list and did not pressure me to complete the order straight away. After I submitted my order and talked to another person, they immediately knew what I was talking about and I didn't even have to give my order number.
We ordered two bridesmaids dresses from Bridelily in Nov 2020. They arrived before the promised time. The quality/color/material what was expected. Even with measurements provided by the site, we were a tad unsure of exact size. We ordered two and one fit beautifully. The communication was timely and responsive. The return process for the dress we didn't keep was seamless and my refund arrived as expected. We will use Bridelily again. Good experience.
I was extremely nervous at all times throughout my purchase. I was quite anxious that it would be different, poor quality, or just not turn up at all. Opening the dress was exciting and I was so relieved to see that the dress was just perfect! It was exactly the same as the pictures on the website - of course I was aware that the pictures were of tall thin models and I am short and curvy so knew it would look different. But the fabric, style, cut, everything was exactly as I had hoped for. And If I expected the quality not to be great from an online purchase I was wrong. The quality of the fabric and sewing/stitching was fantastic. My mother is a sewer and she was very impressed. I do need to make some alterations as it is just a little loose on me, however this is entirely my fault as I was generous with the measurements as I was aware that to take it in is easier than it would be to let it out. Bridelily did say that brides should always expect to make some alterations to make it perfect so I was expecting this. I am very happy with my dress, I feel beautiful in it and I cannot wait to show my hubby to be on my wedding day. I am happy to give the dress, and Bridelily.com a five star review!
Sooo happy with this gown. Sizing, colour and fit are all on point and it arrived within the timeframe stated in the website. Looking forward to wearing this gown in March!
I purchased my wedding dresses from this site. The quality is pretty good and the delivery is very fast. At first, I am worried that the color of the dresses might look different than appeared on the screen. The CS people gave me a lot of useful advice to get a swatch and pick the right color. I recommend Bridelily to other customers.
I was worried about ordering from an overseas company but I'm glad I did. My wedding dress arrived today - way ahead of their estimated timescale. Tracked delivery and signed for. The dress itself is fantastic quality. Really well made. Lovely material. The size is exactly what I ordered. I didn't go made to measure so order your size as close to your actual size and you'll get it right. So happy with it. Thanks, Bridelily!

I was initially nervous about ordering a formal dress online where I had to provide the measurements myself. However, I took my fabric measuring tape and took my daughter's measurements. I submitted the order and was provided a 2 - 3 week shipping/completion timeline. To my absolute delight, the dress was shipped out within 4 business days and arrived in the USA 3 days after shipping. The dress was PERFECT! The fit was PERFECT! My daughter is so very happy with her dress and she can't wait to show it off. Thank you!
