Hi Roni. We never got a message from you regarding this message until this morning. Though you and I were communicating about your order since the 1st day you ordered. You probably did not ready the description of the shoes. It says it takes up to 20 business days to make the shoes. You ordered July 21. If we actually make them in 20 days if would be for the end of August. We will actually ship it next week. So please wait for our email with tracking. The services is excellent, very helpful. The shoes are light and good for samba (have only used them a limited time though). However, there are minor details which show a rather hasty finishing. The skin was scratched at several places, the glue is visible here and there and there is one nail that is sticking up. Overall, ok shoes but for the money I would want to see a bit more.
Hello Asia! Thank you for your feedback. You and I talked about the shoes. We have two types of shoes that you are aware because you have purchased before. One is leather and the other non leather. The non leather has much more hand craftsmanship. There are small glue that is slightly rubbed off after the shoes are glued. And the nail that you mentioned I explained. It is not a nail. It’s a nail hole. They secure the shoes on the bottom to secure the platform with glue and nails. After 24 hrs the nail is removed and the “hole” is slightly apparent. I think you would definitely benefit from the leather shoes. They are more refined in craftsmanship. Thanks Assia.

After losing one of my costumes leg pieces I ordered new arm and leg pieces with Brazil carnival shop. It was a straight forward experience that was followed up by a personal email exchange in which I was asked to give photos of my costume so they could make sure the sleeves would match the original costume as closely as possible. Very friendly and professional service; I can't wait to receive my arm ad leg pieces!

Shoes arrived promptly, look beautiful, feel comfortable, and are very well-constructed! They fit a little loose but I'm between a size 34 and 35 and I'm glad I was advised to go up to a 35 because my toes are in the proper position (not sticking out at all). Regardless, the shoes make me feel very glamorous. Thank you!

I have been shopping around for samba costumes for a while but refused to pay exhorbitant prices at some shops so I was starting to get discouraged. Until I found this shop via Instagram. Their prices are fair and the pieces looked amazing!
She was extremely prompt in responding my inquiry and super engaged in sending me measurements and answering my questions. Super fast, super on top of things! I got one costume and received it a few days later, well wrapped, well shipped. Loved it so much that decided to buy another one on the spot.
