Fast and easy, but not free, shipping. I experienced some delays but we were able to overcome them. Apparently the first unit they sent did not have air holes in the shipping container and it was rotten when it arrived.
They shipped reasonably similar replacement but this one has a quirk where she yells and cries all the time. With some training this should resolve itself.
Otherwise, I am a happy customer. Would recommend to a friend if I had one. :(

Very good selection. Some are dated but probably still have some mileage left. There are many, newer younger versions that seem to be available but have limited communication skills. Ultimately, I ordered one that is 37 with an average look to her. Shipping is slow but to be expected in wartime.
Everything works well but she speaks this gibberish and write funny letters when writing letters to her family. I thought that it could there was dust and dirt in the working parts, so I used a pressure washer on it. That did not fix anything and now she does not let me be in the same room with her. Lots of yelling and other caterwauling. If I could, I would ship it back but I read the receipt and it said No Refunds or Returns. Disappointing.
