Excellent selection and service after the sale. My first order was delayed too long and the model I purchased was not functioning when I received it. Customer Service went the extra kilometer (ha!) and shipped a newer model with expedited handling for no additional charge. What was usually over $3,000 they did for free. Great Service!
The new model has some issues, moodiness and lacking any drive. But I expect that will work its way out over the coming months. If not, I hear there is a good resale market here in the US.

Bravodate has excellent products and reasonable prices for the quality. Shipping is reasonable but their packaging skills are subpar. The first unit delivered was damaged in transit. They shipped a replacement. It was packaged much better, no physical damage but it screamed for three days after I took the bubble wrap off of it. And it is not the same as the unit I ordered, similar but taller and thinner. I guess there is not a large selection of short, thick models that I prefer.
All the same, Olena and I are getting along fine. She wears the collar in public and has learned to heal, roll over and lick. I will come back to Bravodate again.

The capacity of your site to preempt or correct my input was very annoying. From the profiles presented every woman in Ukraine looks beautiful, and they are all under sixty, not easy to believe.
