I placed the order and my card was charged 4/19/20. It's 5/12/20 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried to contact customer service but still haven't heard from them. DO NIOT ORDER unless you don't mind throwing money away
I ordered face masks and filters 3 1/2 weeks ago along with a cute bag. They were all in stock when I placed the orders. Well here we are no masks, no refund, no email saying when they are coming or not!?!? I've emailed them 3 times now over last 2 weeks no response not even a computer generated one.
At this point I'm going back to my credit card company and filing a fraud claim to get the 80.00 some dollars back they owe me! I will NEVER order from here and I suggest you dont either unless you want to throw your hard earned money away! Just another scam company stealing from us when things are crazy enough!
Never received my purchase. This site is using the corona virus to scam people out of their money. They are selling masks they don't have. Better Business Bureau has info on them, they're a scam. One employee in this company, the money collector.

Ordered 1 & 1/2 months ago nothing, possibly a scam! Will wait 1 more week. Contacted the company they told me that they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. Just that there are so many people who are taking advantage of people now.
Never received my mask, stay away if you value your money. I should have checked the BBB.! The reviews that they have on their website probably done by them. Please check before ordering with these scanner.
This is most likely a scam company. It looks almost identical to a another fake / scam company called Fashion Share. The details are the same and they sell similar items. They will confirm your order with a conformation # and even give a FedEx tracking number. But your package never make its way to FedEx. So FedEx will tell you the package was never given to them to ship. And that's because the shipper has no intention to ship. They've stolen your money. Also pay attention to the "contact us" email address. If it's a gmail account or some kind of personal account, you're probably dealing with a scammer. Be careful.

When you first enter the website to order masks, they automatically show you the reusable PM2.5 masks and say it's $20. That way of course you wouldn't have to click on "shop masks" on the website because it's already showing. But once you click on "show masks" the masks are $10. That means they try to trick people into buying it for $20 instead of $10!
I ordered a bracelet on April 3,2020. April 7,2020 I sent them a message. I received a response the same day. On today April 13,2020 I received my order and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I recently ordered a piece of jewelry from their website through Facebook. After ordering, I got a little spooked and started reading customer feedback about this company. Of course I became very concerned when I saw all the negative feedback about people getting poor service, no response, and broken items. I sent an e-mail to their customer support and got a reply the very next day from Tracy-Ann assuring me that everything would be taken care of. She even took it a step further and put a personal touch to my order and expedited shipment. She also e-mailed me on 2 other occasions just to keep me informed of the status of the order. It is true that the phone number doesn't work and I was pleased that my e-mail was responded to. I thought I would say something positive about this so that other people who are concerned might find some relief that there is someone on the other end that is responsive.

Ordered 10 items on January 1,2020 today is March 1,2020 and I still have not received it. They charged my card January 1,2020. I contact them every single day since January 10,2020 by email, fb messenger and Instagram and still no reply about where my order is.
Ordered 2 bracelets, they processed the credit card payment, but NOT the order! No response to emails requesting order update, their phone number is disconnected! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I paid over $110 for three pairs of leggings on July 14th. I received an email from them a month later with the order# referenced and a 30% off my next order offer, as well as links to review the items I purchased! Why would I order more when I haven't received the 1st order yet? Certainly can't review items I never received.
I emailed the customer service dept and no response. I've emailed them directly through paypal now and if no items are received by the end of this week I'm going to request a full refund through paypal.
Don't order from this company. Even if they occasionally come through with a purchased item, it's not worth the hassle.
Okay, so today I received my bracelet and it is very, very nice! HOWEVER, I did not receive any type of notification that it was being shipped nor did I get any answer from "support" regarding my question to them in several emails to them. Also the phone number listed on the invoice is still NOT IN SERVICE. So go figure folks. Not sure what is up with company but as I stated the product (bracelet) is wonderful but customer service is really non-existent. 5 stars for the product but 1 star for customer service.
Website and so called "glowing reviews" apparently a con job. No response when emailing [email protected] numerous times and biggest red flag is that the customer service phone number I found googling online (there is no customer phone number to call on their oh so beautiful website... hmmmm) was... you guessed it... NOT IN SERVICE. My credit card company is going to credit my account back, so that is great and I have informed them of the info mentioned above. So BEWARE everyone.
Waiting for order which the USPS posted on the 7th, "waiting for item". No updates since. No response from company to a number of emails. Should be removed from Facebook considering the many negative reviews.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I made a purchase four months ago and to date I have not received my item or a refund. They do not respond to emails from me or from the Better Business Bureau. Brave New Look stole $53 from me. Don't let them do the same to you!
They were running a deal buy 2 get one 1 free. So of course, I ordered 3 items. Got one bracelet within' a week. The other two... are still no where to be found. Emailed over 10 times, asking what the deal was and keep getting emails telling me to be patient. It's going on two months now. I pretty much paid almost $70 for one item. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them. Unless of course, you like to get ripped off.
I never received my full order. Brave New Look initially replied to my email saying it would take another 4 weeks. Order never arrived. I had to go to dispute with PayPal... and Brave New Look never replied. Terrible service.

I have order both bracelets and necklaces from this company and have always been happy with the pieces I've ordered. Very prompt with email correspondence. Will definitely continue to buy from Brave New Look. Carolyn Britton
I ordered a blanket for a gift and it was such bad quality the gift recipient thought it was a bad quality towel.
Brave New Look is a scam. If you've had the same problem call with a complaint to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISON. You can file a complaint with them at their number,
1-877-FTC-HELP or online at the Federal Trade Commission website. We need to stop these people. I paid online and I never received any merchandise. All I got was a generic email saying they were working on it. Except almost every other complaint I read had the same problem as mine. I looked up their address on google maps and it's not an office, it's a Mail Packaging Store. There is no telling who these people are. It's so scary because the website fooled me. Plese take the time and file a complaint with the FTC, these people needed to be shut down. Thanks and sorry if this happened to you!
