Easy to find fun things to do. I am a bit confused on how to get my actual package. I received emails to go pick them up. That's fine, but the emails seem to indicate I should get them now. I live in Michigan so obviously I won't get them until my arrival in March.

We purchased a $250.00 gift card for my husbands parents for Christmas right before Covid hit. I contacted Branson shows about being unable to use gift card with all the covid regulations. They assured me that the card would remain good. Covid hit the pretty hard and they had not been able to make the Branson trip on their own. We were finally able to take them his past December to find out that the entire $250.00 was eaten up with a monthly service fees. They did not provide any grace for the Covid hit., I was very disappointed that they did not try to do anything to make this right. I would recommend not making the same mistake I did and avoid buying their gift cards and just give your loved ones cash if you want to bless them with funds for time spent in Branson.

We were expecting a Christmas show. We googled "Christmas shows in Branson."
Very nice process would like to be able to print the voucher but have been very pleased
During the online buying process, I checked the box for email ticket vouchers. When the email didn't come, I called and they said I had to come to their location in Branson to pick up the ticket vouchers. This meant standing in line and then being offered several other event ticket discounts. There wasn't high pressure sales, thankfully.
I only wish I could see the date and time of the tickets when I was doing the checkout.
It was user friendly and easy to navigate. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. We are looking forward to seeing the show.
