Imagine if Regina George ran a company. These people are unreachable by phone (there is a simple message that says if you've reached the message, they're on the other line. Can you hold? No. Can you leave a message? No. They say the best way to reach them is EMAIL. Yes in 2019, they want you to email and wait for a response. Day 5 and still no response. Ordered Christmas presents and even paid for expedited shipping. Over a week ago. No shipping confirmation. No tracking info. Called multiple times of day during supposed business hours. Nothing. Online chat is never working either. Strongly suggest never placing an online order with this co.
I ordered on December 5th so I could get these gifts by Christmas. When I checked, the order is "processing", whatever that means.
Next, I emailed customer service. No response. Tried their chatline - closed down. Tried calling - they aren't picking up.
EVERY OTHER ONLINE ORDER that I've placed has gone through and delivered. BM has not. Therefore, they win the Worst prize this holiday season.

Ordered on line - they charged my credit card never got the my stuff! Called them and we have gone around in circles for 2 months - they blame the shipper. They never have refunded my money and did not offer to reship products. Only time I heard from them is when i reached out! This is a horrible on line experience - do not shop here!
Brandy Melville has cute, trendy clothing. It may be a little expensive, but it's definitely worth it. Everything is great quality and they constantly add new clothing and accessories. If your total is over $100 you get free shipping. Shipping only takes about five days. I'm always happy with what I get at Brandy Melville. I definitely recommend this website.
Don't bother. Online customer service is HORRIBLE. Ordered items on 9/17... 10 days later I got an email stating my items were shipped on the 27th. I emailed them (surprised) why did it take 10 days - I thought it was on the way. The response - they are moving warehouses. Why it took 10 days & me emailing them to find that out, I am not sure. Now it's 10/3 and after emailing them (again) to find out when the items would be shipped I got an email back saying " shipping label has been created"... however, nothing about it being shipped. On top of it all they keep listing a customer service number to call with any questions - it doesn't work. I would seriously stay away from this company. As of Oct 9th - NO communication from them giving me an update. Only time I have ever heard anything from them is if I reach out. This says a lot about their operations/customer service - shouldn't be in business as far as I am concerned.
I have bought at least 5 times from this shop. Great products, mostly basic style like T shirt, with good quality, mostly cotton, at fair price ($1x). Size fit, Delivery fast, Easy to use. Love it
Love this store! Visited it in person and everything fit great! Im about 5'0, thin, not very busty. My friend, who also fit perfectly, is 5'3, very thin, medium busty.
I LOVE brandy don't get me wrong but the 1 size fits all is so rude. America is not one size fits all and it is so rude to discimate over bigger people

Answer: Not easy at all. In fact, it's impossible. They do not answer the phone, respond to emails, or turn on their chat help even during their open hours.
