We purchased a navy blue Christy hoodie and the zipper fell off in the washing machine the first time we washed it. It is less than a month old and customer service is unwilling to help.
I ordered a top for my niece for x-mas direct from a link that was shared with me. I received the wrong color top because apparently if a color is out of stock, instead of saying it is out of stock it takes you to a different color. I tried to exchange it and they would not allow it without me paying return shipping and another shipping fee to get the correct item. Once I said I would file a BBB complaint they stopped responding to my emails. They didn't even bother responding to the BBB so I had to file a charge back with my credit card. My personal opinion is that the clothes are way overpriced and not great quality so with this customer service I can't imagine this company will withstand the test of time.
One size fits all=one size fits small with this brand. They only have XS and S, occasionally M, but that's about it. Anyone who isn't skinny or doesn't appeal to societal beauty standards can't wear anything from this store. Discriminatory towards bigger bodies and fatphobic.
Some things I have from there are super cute, but they do advertise the wrong measurements for pants and their clothes become worn extremely easily. I had a shirt and immediately after I put it on there was a hole, I didn't cause it but it was there before I had put it on since I didn't hear or feel a tear. But I couldn't get it refunded since I wore it. So yeah. They also sent me the the wrong item multiple times.
Very disappointed ordered some jeans one was too big the other one to small and it was the same size, besides that no return shipping label so ridiculous, never had that problem with other companies
Seriously, If I could write a lower review, I would. They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a shirt for an event, the package comes with the shipping label and item confirmation and everything but is literally MISSING the shirt. I contact customer service and ask if they can give me priority shipping so that I can have this shirt for the event, they CHOOSE NOT TO DO IT, and two weeks go by before I get my shirt. I finally get the notification that the item has been delivered, the item was delivered half way across the country in the wrong location completely. My shipping address was CLEARLY labeled and I live in San Francisco. They literally sent it to effing MINNESOTA. Never shopping here again.
My items arrived on time but missing a tank. Theu are not able to help you over the phone, using their advertised customer service line, directing you that all complaints must go through the email address provided on my order email. Two different people hung up on me after asking that there is surely someone, a real human on the phone, who can handle this. Both people insisted they were the absolute top managers for the USA Brandy Melville customer service call lines, so there was no one above them to bring attention to. This is after I also haven't heard a response from their apparently unmanned email address. So I'm out the money I guess. They did give me about 200 stickers with my order. Which seems... excessive.
Normally brandy does so good with the packaging but my order came without even any tissue paper and had a strange smell to it. Was a little sad there weren't any stickers too. Also, the "one size fits all" has some how gotten bigger over time? I don't get why they can't just make more sizes. :/
Terrible line ups, terrible service, rude workers. There's a useless security guard here in the front of the store… why doesn't he manage the line, make sure people are in the right line up, tell them how long the wait is expected. Seriously, there's already a mask mandated lifted here, why is there still a need to for this bull$#*!. I don't know why it's still my daughters favourite store… you are all a waste of time.
They send a terrible message with their one size clothes.

If you want to cancel the order just after was made, they do not cancel it.
They do not send a return label, so you have to pay their expensive shipping again.

They used to accept returns for online orders in store. Now they only accept them by mail, and it cost 31$ to ship back to them. Never ordering from them again.
Such good quality and I love the styles of clothes. The one thing that annoys me is that they label their clothes as "one size fits all" when its really one size fits small

FIRST OUTING SINCE MARCH DUE TO CORONA, AND THE ASSOCIATES IN THE STORE WERE NOT FRIENDLY, WOULD NOT ALLOW MY DTR TO TRY ON ANY CLOTHES- DRESSING ROOMS WERE CLOSED. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD BUY OVER PRICED CLOTHES, THAT ARE NOT THAT GREAT OF QUALITY, AND NOT BE ABLE TO TRY THEM ON OR RETURN THEM! GET REAL. MAYBE THIS STORE SHOULD HAVE REMAINED CLOSED AS THEY CERTAINLY DON'T HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER IN MIND. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY, BECAUSE THEY KNOW ONCE THE PARENT PAYS THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BUY THEIR KID SOME CLOTHES - IT'S LIKE SORRY SUCKERS! THIS MOM IS DONE, WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, AND MY DAUGHTER AGREES. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER TRIED TO TRY SOMETHING ON IN THE CORNER, SHE WAS EMBARRASSED BY ONE OF THE WORKERS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I LAYED 2 ARMS FULL OF CLOTHES DOWN RIGHT WHERE WE STOOD. WE THEN WENT TO AMERICAN EAGLE AND HOLLISTER AND BOUGHT ALL OF HER FALL AND WINTER CLOTHES. NICE ASSOCIATES TO HELP US OUT, AND IMAGINE THIS - THE DRESSING ROOM WAS OPEN- THEY ONLY ALLOWED SO MANY BACK AT A TIME, WELL MANAGED AND FRIENDLY, PLUS PROMOTIONS WERE GOING ON AND FREE GIFTS AT HOLLISTER. I WILL BE GLAD TO SPEND MY MONEY AT THESE STORES AND NEVER AT BRANDY MELVILLE. BRANDY MELVILLE SHOULD HAVE STAYED CLOSED PERMANENTLY. AMAZING THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS.
This store is absolutely terrible with their return policy. I bought a Red Gina top, but when my order came & I opened the package. I got a pink one instead of the red top I had originally ordered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & assumed that they accidentally mistaken my order for another person's. When I tried to call them, no answer, I tried emailing them, no answer, their online chat room either doesn't work, or they don't respond. This has been going on for a week, still haven't received my order. It's frustrating now. I have a feeling they rushed with orders & didn't take the effort to actually get the orders right. I wanted my order to be done correctly. I wasted my money & I'm never ordering online again!
Their size expectations are embarrassing that they are so fragile with their image as anyone with a NORMAL BODY can't even shop here. "One size fits all" really means "we only want the smallest girls advertising our company, because we're rude and ignorant <3" I would give it no stars if I could

Delivery 2 weeks late, a week after Christmas. Then no customer service. No one by phone. Chat doesn't work! Email just canned response! Horrible!
Do not order from them. You order a gift card and over 3 weeks still havnt recieved. Called, e-mailed numerous times no respronce. Shabby if not worse customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. MY niece was dissapointed about not getting her gift for Christmas.
Answer: I call them a scam also. Calling my credit card company tomorrow to refute the charge. They should be investaged. I am pdddddddd and angry aunt.
