This company deserves a 0 but unfortunately you can give that... I have never dealt with a company with such TERRIBLE! Customer service, not to mention a bad product. I spoke to the owner himself to try and resolve my issue and he won't even take it upon himself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order for delivery within 4 days, paid extra for shipping to get it there by due date, and got confirmation of order. No call was made to say order would not make it. No call was made at all when it didn't arrive on set day. I have called 8 times and have been put on hold to have the caller NEVER come back. My event is in 2 hours and event will be ruined. Left 3 messages. Still no call back. Never again
Do Not Order anything from this company! They will take your order and never deliver the product. There are no supervisors or managers for you to talk to and when I asked them who the owner was, customer service told me to find out online and refused to tell me. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't received a refund for the wristbands I never received.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Rude! Disrespectful! Harassing and threatening! I ordered temporary tattoos 35 days ago and am still waiting. No one there cares about your order and flat out tells you they can say anything and treat you rudely and no one is held accountable. They take your money and do not deliver your items and when questioned it all becomes YOUR fault. Would NOT recommend this site to anyone!
I ordered braclets that were supposed to take 21 days. After 24 days I called the company and they said they forgot to place to the order. They sayd they could place the order and it would take an additional 21 days. I needed the braclets sooner so needed to switch the type of braclets I was ordering. Then refused to give me anything more then a 5% discount and gaurented the braclets would be in NLT Monday. It is now tuesday and the braclets have shipped but I still dont have them. When I call customer service they are rude and really dont care about my problem. I would never use this compnay- EVER!
I would absolutely recommend Brandnex to anyone looking for a quality product at a quality rate. The ordering process was very easy, they verified my order, this was the cheapest rate that I found. Couldn't be happier with the customer service!
This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered with a company. I spoke to their design department and reps twice before placing an order for temporary tattoos. I was assured that if they were not able to do what I needed, and I wrote it all out in the comments when placing the order that it would not be a problem getting a refund. When the tattoos arrived not only were they EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT, they were the worst quality tattoos ever. As soon as you transferred it to your skin it started cracking/wrinkling and peeling and they were just sheets of tattoos that you had to cut out, so there was a very distinct clear box around the outside of our logo where you had to cut it out. Penny kids tattoo that you get out of machines at the grocery store are better quality than these. This company REFUSED to let me talk to a manager or supervisor, even after I called on 4 different occasions apparently they were never there. They also REFUSED to stand behind their word, and would not give a refund for their crappy product. We had to resort to contacting our bank and reporting them to ask for a charge back. I have never in my entire life of dealing with customer service on online companies, ever experienced anything worst than this. Horrible company, if you value your own company's brand image stay far away from them.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They would not reimburse a fee that i was forced to pay. This is because they(Brandnex.com) decided to ship my order in an envelope when the bracelet was too thick for the envelope so i was charged by the mailman.
Then after calling their customer service station 4 different times trying to talk to a manager to discuss my issue with them and that would not happen. The call representatives would never take any accountability whatsoever and make excuses every time for why I cannot speak to a manger. And this company also does not respond to emails if you have an issue with your order which you most likely will
