They've done great job on my store end. This was my first time starting dropshipping via Shopify and they've helped tremendously with product import and the design.

I ordered a drop ship store to be built. I did ask for a upgrade in process for a 100 products. They chose the store type and products types. This was due to my inability to know what to do.
It was done in three days unto my shopify account.
I was apaulled that they used my personal name as the logo. I immediately shut down my Shopify. I gave them a business name. In the address for my company they made it Tennessee. I live in Canada! All the info about me and my location was false.
I kept getting emails trying to sell me courses and upsell me to their higher priced services.
I sent them emails as to the problems and asked for a refund. This was all in a 3 day window.
THEY INFORMED ME THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Anyone who is willing to put fraudlant info on a website build should not be in business. Unethical business.

Brandafy team is full of scammers. Stay away from them. Poor service and poor customer service. They trick you thinking it's a premium quality and then don't provide any refund or solutions to keep you happy. I repeat: STAY AWAY.

Overall process took 34hours but I guess it's due to timezone difference. I'm fully satisfied with the outcome and the looks of my store. The team is prompt to fix any issues and re-do pages if needed. I never knew how to set up Terms page but they did it for me. Recommended for people who are ignorant like me and cant set it up, price is cheap for the amount of knowledge you get as well as great looking store.

I was replied to swiftly, talked through what and how I want it. Took them couple of hours to get it finished and prepared. Spent that time reading through the blueprint which helped me quite a lot.

Overall I'm satisfied customer, at first I thought it will be "meh" but they surprised me. Worth the money every day of the week!

Ordered my store at 11pm last night, got it delivered by 8 am this morning. Great team responding swiftly. Blueprint is great addition too.
