I am so unimpressed. I tried to cancel my trial via email, as they said I could and I could not find the option to online. They didn't answer, and I got charged. I then emailed for a refund right away as they say you can, and again no response. I tried reaching out a third time and have yet to hear anything, I've been literally forced into a subscription.

(This review was originally written in Oct 2022 and updated in 2024) I hate brainly. It's literally the worst homework help website on the internet. Moderators suck. People suck. Answers suck. EVERYTHING sucks. I first joined brainly in 2020, and it was bad then. I helped people with their problems and some IDIOT moderator goes ahead and deletes ALL MY ANSWERS. All they said was "Do not bully". Who the actual hell did I bully? It was just those three words. Now, two years later, The mods hate me because I break all the rules. They banned 26 of my other accounts and somehow can't find a way to just IP ban me. That's now bad it is. It just absoluetly sucks. I could've said "I'm going to commit genocide" and they probably would've just said "Okay". Bad site. One day I will make the entire stupid site fall and die. 2025 Edit: I'm in my last year old school. I don't use brainly anymore, mostly because the restricted most of it features now (Only AI bots and some users can answers questions now, not everybody can post answers.) Also, the removed every form of commenting, so I guess my mission is complete. This is my last edit. 5 years of this garbage cite and now I'm moving on with my life. This website is useless now, none of the answers are correct and a majority of the users there are bots. Zero human activity, lol

It took 4734 points because i messed up an answer so no one should use it because now i have -241 points

So I was signing up, but I accidentally chose that I was under 13, so then I corrected it to 15, but I still can't sign up because it's saying "You must be at least 13 years old to sign up for a Brainly account. Since you've already told us that you're not 13 yet, we can't create an account for you." Brainly freaking sucks...

I would not recomend this app/website. You have to pay for everything, and you can't do anything without paying. This makes me mad because I needed help with a problem, and it needs me to pay to even ask the problem. I get that you need the money, but there are otther websites that are ten times better simply because you get to learn for FREE. Thanks.

Brainly is HORRIBLE! Yes, I got a 100% on one of my math tests, but that was ONE time. 55% of the answers on brainly are incorrect, so you never know if you'll get it right or wrong. I think I would do so much better WITHOUT brainly. My mother bought the monthly or whatever it's called, and I believe it is NOT worth it, so don't buy anything. People just want points and they want to be the best on this app/website, so they just type random answers and they get the points they want. That's why you usually never get any questions/answers correct. DON'T USE BRAINLY! It ruins my grade! Trust me. DON'T USE IT!

I had i exam and got a D on it. It was all bad. PLEASE DELETE IT IS VERY BAD. NO KID HAS TO GET A BAD GRADE.

I'll be honest, I LOVE brainly. Also, I am in 7th grade. My problem is I can't use it. First of all, you need to create an account to see the answer (except for the first 5 times) or watch an ad. I hate both of these. Just about everyone hates ads. And your probably wondering why I don't want to log in. Here is why I don't want to log in: If I put my actual; age in, it will say I'm too young. I'm not a kindergartener. I'm in 7th grade and you're telling me I'm too young to be using a very useful tool/website. 12-year-olds need help too with their homework. Brainly please fix this.

Do not purchase app. After you cancel they will keep charging for subscriptions and never return your money. They asked me to cancel a dispute I had with them so they can refund, which I did, never to hear from them again with many attempts

Yeah brainly is typical brainless app and make the students being lazy, the thing is people who answered in brainly was paid as freelance,

i was involve working as freelance answered questions the funny thing my manager from brainly doesnt know that my answer true or false, because she just graduated from senior high school, to clarify my answer she hired more freelance as "quality" to crosschek my answer, and again

Because incompetent of manager and people who working permanent in brainly on there doesnt know about science or math, thats why all of the answer from brainless incorrect

Sometimes your question doesn't get answered and it wastes your points, and sometimes you would get an answer but it's wrong and they got the points

Though sometimes you get a real answer.

Most of the people on this site are dumb and the answers are wrong most of the time. I would rate them a zero if I could. When I post a question, I have to wait hours at a time to get correct answer

I payed for a monthly 10 dollar subriction and now i cant log in to my account and i got it 2 days ago if i get chacged for it im going to be to be so angry i migth break my laptop because now if it does chare me i cant cancel it

Brainly is not the best app, most answers are 55% incorrect, so you never know if your gonna get the right or wrong answer. Most people even just answer random things like "haha points" or wrong answers on purpose so they can just get the points, I dont suggest getting this app or even making a account. Studying in the end of the day is better than getting wrong answers from brainly most of the time!

My daughter had the correct answer in the beginning, just to check she used brainly, but brainly gave the incorrect answer and she didn't know that! So she didn't get a 100 because of brainly
