Brainly is horrible. I spent hours answering atleast 500 questions. I have only one left to my profile they took all my points all of my badges all of my answers questions and anything to do with my account. I had so many points too atleast ******* now im all the way down to 200. They give stupid reasons like its there update and they want helpful information. I type 50+ words for every single question. I had at least twenty brainliest. I had so many ratings on my questions and thanks also. I had 20 friends and they are all gone. I wish this app never existed. It wasted 3 years of my life. I wish I could sue them. Im a student who wants to help others and recieve helps so this is really sad. Brainly do better. I did challenges spent money with them rated them and everything. I really need money now and I wasted it with this stupid app.

My daughter signed up for Brainly in her last year of school. She set up an account under my name and with my Paypal information. I had no idea that this was an auto renewal situation. Imagine my surprise when Brainly sent me an email saying my subscription had automatically renewed. I immediately emailed Brainly and cancelled my subscription as well as notifying PayPal and opening a dispute. The response from Brainly was basically too bad but we don't offer refunds. I literally cancelled the subscription within minutes of receiving their email. However, they state on their website that you will receive an email notifying you of the auto renewal 7 days before your account is charged. Brainly never sent me an email. I have scoured everything in my email account including the spam folder and they did not send any emails advising of auto renewal. So, doesn't that mean that they are breaking their own policy?

I've been going through a lot of money issues lately and I finally got it sorted out and I had just enough money to get gas all of a sudden I get $24 dollars taken out of my account from Brainly for a subscription I didn't know I had. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Back in 2021 they charged me and I was able to get a refund. But now they've changed their policy which I did not know because I haven't used this service since 2021. Now I can't get gas in my car and I don't get paid for another week. I will never use Brainly again.

I got autosubscribed for a full year. After requesting a refund 10 minutes after autosubscribed, I requested a refund or to at least drop my subscription to a month rather than a year. They blew me off and told me they can't do that. Not to mention the website had zero helpful information for any of my classes. I just wanted help on one problem and now I'm $54 in the hole. And you wonder why the youth are poorer and poorer. They're being scammed and abused from companies like Brainly.

They charged me $96.00 without my approval and refused to give it back. Beware when you put your credit card number on their website, they will charge you whatever they want, whenever they want.

I just want all parents to beware! I signed up for Brainly Plus to help my daughter with homework and then tried to cancel my subscription, they have been charging me for 6 months now. I continue to send emails and disputing charges with my bank. This is a nightmare and apparently I'll be charged for the rest of my life unless I change banks!

Every time I ask a question, it gets deleted because I violated the community guidelines when I didn't, Also this happens when I answer a question too.
It gives you answers for things like online work like i used it for my math test on edgenuity and i got a 44% and i used it on all the questions but when i used it for science it was 94% idk though

This site continues to provide incorrect information about science and math questions and answers. It should be shut down.
We have tried this site for almost a year or maybe longer and do not think we have gotten very many correct answers to questions we have had. This is unacceptable in today's world where students and parents rely on correct information when they have a question.
Someone recently told me not to trust WIKI, but I feel we get better correct info their than we do on Brainly.

The title states it clearly, it is pay to win. Even after waiting a month and coming back to get help on an edmentum question, you have to "pay" for answers. Edmentum is a whole ordeal as well.
