The application is good and the purpose of invention is welcome. The games improves IQ and works very well. Customer service is also okay.
According to my research, Sitejabber is very good if there is anyone reading this, give it a try, I have never been a fan of IQ games but after using this application, I would love to recommend this app it's perfect for those starting or never played IQ games, great job Sitejabber and please continue.

Updated. After reviewing on several other websites including trust pilot. I finally did get a refund, so I do thank them for that. I feel like the wording on their site and sign up definitely needs to be updated. So I got a refund and an apology, good luck to anyone else that has been wrongly charged for something other than the test they tried to pay for.
I was one of the ones duped into paying for the test, and then charged for a year that I was unaware of, and yes I looked over the site before I put my money in. It was an unauthorized charge, I was happy to pay for the test but not a years worth of games I didn't want. It put my account into overdraft and of course they refused refund. It's ridiculous and I do not recommend at all.

This is absolutely a scam! Paid $14.9 and $8.9 on 24th. On Mar 2nd they took $79.8 AGAIN without any reminder before the payment. I asked for a refund but they refussed, VERY BAD experience!

Absolute Thievery! I did test paid $14.90 got nothing in return yet. Test itself was challenging at times but could be because on my phone pictures too small. This review app wants a picture of receipt I didn't get one yet been an hour! I put any picture in to avoid algorithms/ filters

They automatically sign you up for a subscription, without any notice. 5 days later they take €79.8 out of your account which they won't refund. You receive an e-mail 2 min before they take the money from your account. Also, they won't answer to e-mails, when explanations are asked.
