I had never heard of Brace Planet so I was hesitant to order from them.Their prices were so good I decided to take a chance. I received my order quickly, especially for a smaller website. When my order arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the products. Would suggest getting a size bigger had to return my order

The size chart required that we got a smaller size than one we had originally purchased in the store. I went with your recommendation. If they do not fit when they arrive we would like to exchange them for a larger size. Will wait and see. I received the medium and it is too small. I would like advice on returning and reordering.

They helped me decide what i needed and it got shipped to me fast enough.

I have never had an issue ordering from brave planet. Tried to set up an account but had an issue. Oh well I tried to call several times but never got a response.

Found what I needed quickly. When I got my braces, I was very pleased with the quality of the construction and the lightness of the fabric. They are quite comfortable, do what I need them to do, and can be worn every day. I'm very happy with them.
