I like using Boxed. It is easy and I can get products in bulk that other sites do not offer. I've had an order in which an item I ordered was damaged but other than that I've been happy.

I mm satified with this, but since I'm by myself i dont need to order as much so I'm saving a lot to spend more.
Although I have rarely had a mistake or issue, when I did they were fantastic with handling it and correcting it immediately. The prince and spring products are top quality

Boxed is so convenient! They offer a wude range of products, being respectful to everyone's needs, Organic, Vegan and Fur Friends needs. I love that they offer Organic products! Our nearest Costco is an hour away, BJ's an hour and 15 minutes the other way. So when you see a bit more on there Price tag I keep in mind the driving, gas, the time, and all the people I get to avoid. Boxed also has theses great freebies maing it fun to try new things, often new brands you would never of thought to try. Two more Boxed bonuses, they love our kids! There boxes make great inventions for the little ones and boxed is always encouraging the creative live with free gift bags of creative, invention projects.
*Con:
One Con I have had with them was they have super sturdy, rugged boxes, so they think they can put everything it! I don't believe in mixing chemicals and food and when you get heavy, fragile and chemicals what do you get? A huge nasty mess!
*Pro:
After speaking to the right person at boxed, they replaced everything for no charge!
When you order on a fri you dont get your stuff until wed or thurs the following week if at all possible to speed up shipping

Love it. Great alternative to shopping at sams club. Saves gas and great choices. Fast delivery and excellent prices.
I had an issue with one order and I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and that was the only issue I have had with boxed ever and was resolved immediately theyre prices are fair and require no memberships

I love to have snacks throughout the day since I never have time to sit down for a real meal, and Boxed always has great prices for the snacks I love. And they I usually receive them in a day or two, so I never worry when I run out of my favorite beef jerky. :)
Products have been great! The delivery time is still longer than I want to wait and it seems no matter the estimated delivery date, package always shows up
At my house one day later.

I like the bulk delivery and the personal shopper, however a lot of the products have limited selection of flavours which makes it less appealing. Also, a lot of times we need a mix between express and non-express which you cannot combine for a single delivery.

I started using Boxed a few years ago. I'm a Mom of 4 with little time and a tight monthly budget. I didn't want to have to pay for a membership to a bulk store and drive out of my way and spend my time shopping instead of spending quality time with my family. Easy to order with most things I need. Order to delivery is fast and simple. The turnaround is as fast as other websites.
Intead of carrying heavy things home or traveling to a place like costco, you can just get them delivered for an even lower price. WOW. I order once a month
