I am pleased I no longer have to go to COSTCO and push a heavy cart with a defective wheel and wait on long lines. So far my experience has been very excellent with Boxed. I only wish they had a broader product line but everything has been consistent and I'm thrilled!
My order came damaged and I sent an email to see about gettting the damaged goods replaced. No one ever sent me a message back. Not planning to use boxed again. Who doesnt acknowledge customer concerns?

Purchased two 250 Centrum Silver one a day vitamins. Both of them has the same expiration date of 02/2019--about 1 year. Quite short for Centrum Silver, I got them with about 2 years from expiration dates from Costco. Have them been sitting in a warehouse for awhile? How is someone going to consume 500 one a day vitamins in 365 days?
