Ive been using Boxed for almost 2 years and love it. I love to try the samples you get each time as well as the fun stuff theyll give along with your box thats a little extra! We got a lot to make a castle out of our box and my kid loved it! I will use this app forever.
Buy and it is delivered to your home you can get free shipping. Odd things for sale and great things. They respond immediately when and if you have a problem.
Easy to order on their website. The box came very quickly. They have good prices. What more needs to be said?!
My purchase in January wasn't my first. In the beginning, I wasn't sure I would continue as an earlier delivery wasn't packaged securely. Cans broke out of their carton and were bent and fruit cups were leaking. Not enough bubble wrap to take up space. BUT, the company quickly corrected the problem and I gave them a second chance. All future orders have been secure with no problems at all. I will continue to purchase from BOXED because I love the convenience of getting bulk items delivered directly to my home. It's saved a lot of time, money and aggravation of having to drive an hour to the store. Plus, they carry a lot of things I would normally buy anyway. I love it!
We've received a couple of orders where there were numerous dented canned goods. One order, a peanut butter container cracked and peanut butter leaked onto various items.
I had received 3 cases of Starbucks Double Shot Espresso on 12/15/17 and all cases were to expire on 1/19/18? Not good. In addition, I have been a Boxed customer for 2 years. In my first year, I would order 3 cases of the Starbucks Double Shot Espresso at a cost of $14.99; the following year the case ( twelve cans) Starbucks Double Shot Espresso had increased in cost to $17.99. Today, that same case of Starbucks Double Shot Espresso is now $19.99.
I am now looking for another company to purchase my Starbucks Double Shot Espresso by the case at cheaper price.

Ive shopped with the company many times before. This time it was particularly slow shipping. And one box was promised by the end of the day and did not show up until the following day.

Boxed is fantastic! Not only does it save me so much time and money, their customer service is top notch! Quite often I have a handwritten thank you in my order and sometimes even a note saying they hope I enjoy a particular item or that coffee is my favorite too kinda thing. I also like getting to choose free samples with my order- Ive found a couple new items I really like that way. Also really like all the Prince & Spring brand products Ive been buying! The app is soooooo easy to use! Very happy Boxed customer- I recommend it all the time!
I am 73 years young and lugging things into the house has gotten a bit harder for me in the last two years. I love the on porch delivery of large items I don't have to bring in from the car.
