Very easy and you had what I was looking for.
At first I was pleased when I saw the price for the bowling ball that I wanted. That was the only thing I was pleased with. First, I was shipped a defective ball. It had a large gouge on the surface in the track area. Second, when I clicked on "Chat" to ask customer service some questions about returning the ball, it took 20 minutes for someone to respond. By then I had sent an email to customer service which claimed it would respond within 24 hours. They didn't. Third, I had to pay to have the defective ball returned. Fourth, they never responded again to any of my questions as to when my money would be refunded. Fifth, I finally had to contact Paypal to get my money back. All I can say is buyer beware!
