Very happy with the process!

Other than verifying my bowling ball weight of 14 pounds, I did not see a confirmation my selection of Pin Distance 4-5 inches and Top Weight 3-4 ounces reflected on my purchase receipt. I am very particular choosing this website to give me that option.

I placed one order, only to find out days later that the ball I ordered was out of stock. I hope that doesn't happen again. I do like the videos about each ball.

I have shopped this site for years and have never been disappointed. Best prices and great service.

I didn't realize that I had ordered rental shoes.wanted regular bowling shoes.15% restocking fee plus shipping. Was going to lose $10. So, I'm gonna keep them for now. I was satisfied with the price of the shoes and shipping.

I requested a quick delivery turn around time as this was a retirement gift, the order was shipped 20 minutes after my order was placed! Amazing service and much appreciated!

Appreciate being able to identify top weight and pin distance. Ball was delivered as ordered, the day before Christmas - earlier than what I was expecting given it was ordered the evening on the 19th.
