I found the order placement process to be a little tedious. I was pleased with the shirt I ordered (Holloway Dry-cel Men's swift) fit me nicely.
I ordered a bowling ball with an engraving on it, it came out awesome and my girlfriend's daughter loves it!
Ive ordered a few things from here and i have gotten the products pretty quickly and in mint condition.
The picture and description of the product on the website stated and showed what I wanted and thought I was getting. I was sent something different. The price was fair and shipping time was excellent. I contacted customer service via email has directed immediatley (day I received it) after I found the product was wrong. Phone prompted me to email and online live chat was unavailable. Two days later and still NO response if I will be able to exchange or return the wrong item. VERY disappointed and dissatisfied.
