This was the second or third order from bowler store for me. The previous orders were considerably better! I requested a long pin in the bowling ball and got a medium to short pin. I also paid an extra fee for quicker delivery and feel like it may have slowed the delivery down. I ordered the product Monday evening and didn't receive it until Saturday.
