Customer service sucks and either don't answer the phone or if you email them they answer incorrectly. Received the product and didn't even receive an email stating that it was shipping. Other than customer service, a descent place to shop.

Bowler Store is a effective alternate to going to a Pro Shop which is 90% of the time closed or does not carry the items I need

Not sure my ball is right
I love the ball specifics I'm offered on your site. I've attempted to purchase from other sites, only to quit when I saw they would only let me order poundage... bizarre!
I need these books for 2 handi-capped bowlers who bown every Saturday.
Order had to be shipped twice, there was an error on first shipment it was only half the order, after contacting Bowlerstore the other half was sent out.

Easy to navigate site prices not bad. Had hard time to contact store by phone shipping took 26 days not 3-6 days as advertised had to call a few times to get answer to problem. Problem was handle ok after contact. Need to have a better way of contact store.
