I need to return the shoes. They are a men's size 9, I needed a woman's size 9. It said 9M, I thought it meant 9 medium not 9 men's. I filled out the return form Wed. 8/9/17, but have still not received the return label and it has been longer than 72 hours as stated on your sight. Please let me return them. Thank you! Everything went well until I got near the end when I was about to place my order and decided that I wanted to add another shoe to my shopping cart order. There was no button that allowed me to continue shopping so I had a hard time trying to figure out how to go back to shopping without losing the items I had already placed in my shopping cart.
It was tough to find the site where I could order the Copper Infusion Tapes, but when I did, ordering was almost easy. I've been having trouble with one of my knees and these tapes helped enormously when I was bowling... and after.

Was not aware or missed the fact that items were shipped fed ex. Tracking number did not state this info and I checked tracking with ups and usps not fed ex. Did arrive earlier than promised.
