My order took 11 days to get here by FedEx, way too long. The bowling shoes fit but the shoe covers are way too tight. Hard to put over the shoes. No sizes to match shoes, just small, medium, large and Xlarge. Have not tried the bowling shoes out yet so I don't know how they will be on the lanes.

It was easy to to find shoes but not my size but this was the only site that had 16\'s

I had such a hassle trying to exchange an item that I had to return it and re purchase the right thing. The customer service I received was not adequate.

I was just disappointed it did not come before Christmas. When I placed the order it said to arrive between 12/24 and 12/26. I was hoping more for the 12/24 delivery. Product is great - my son is happy.

Bowling ball bag was much smaller than expected- not able to carry shoes. Holes drilled but were left very rough.
