Was supposed to be buying a new Home at Bovis site Emery Gardens Last year, so after having a nightmare of Nightmare Buyers also with Bovis adding the pressure on it all collapsed. I paid Bovis a Extra £890 for making the Patio larger that money they never refunded. The quality on the House when we had to go before the supposed exchage was due to happen is what really shook me there quality is disgusting and as much as i was upset to not be moving into our new home i am glad after reading so many horror stories on the poor build quality there shortcuts and how they treat you as a client. So yes it was horrid to loose money sale ect but think i would have ended up with a rubbish home with a Bad builder that piles on the pressure as more worried on dates and end of year sales than peoples lives.
