I've been on bovada for a while with no issues until recently. I deposited $250 to gain a $150 bonus and 2 weeks later my account which had $510 in it was reduced to $0 stating "bonus cancelled". When I reached out to customer service they told me the bonus had expired and that all funds associated with the bonus and the bonus itself were all a part of the bonus which I didn't clear by the expiry date.

How bovada can justify stealing my original $250 deposit is asinine, but it's also extremely wrong to only give 2 weeks to clear a 20x play requirement bonus.

The website itself is great but the odds in sports betting are rarely competitive and their bonus process is clearly corrupt. Would recommend moving your business elsewhere

I opena Bovada account in October 2022. I did very well and one day my account was inactive the following day it was active but all the funds I had were gone. I contacted customer care for about a week before I was told my bank had created a "charge back." Once I contacted my back they stated that they had not request a charge back and that they would either have e funded the account or not from the beginning. Here we are now December 12,2022 and Bovada is asking me to give them my bank account information to show that I ha e not yet received the funds they took from my account. My bank suggested that I never give me baking information to anyone in order to maintain a secure account. I expressed this fact to Bovada and now they are telling me this is the only way. They have record of the funds they took from my account so I asked them to show proof that my bank requested the charge back so that I could maintain a safe bank account and get to the bottom of this situation. Bovada is not a reputable company and they are not going to honor a winning account. I believe their strategy to be to make it difficult to withdraw so that you never make a substantial withdraw. If you or someone you know has made a substantial withdraw please contact me.

Ever since they put new systems in 5-6 months ago the whole site has gotten to be a total scam. They literally ghosted my friend cause he hit a huge parlay. Theres nothing you can do! They lost there license and are operating with nothing. If you go on there community website 99.9% of the customers are complaining about alot of different issues. They are hurting for money as they have taken everybodys bonuses and all deposit bonuses away., STAY AWAY FROM BOVADA

This site has false advertising. When it comes to depositing it gives you and option for quick deposits which you pay extra for. You can pay extra, but thay doesn't mean it's gonna be a quick deposit my most recent one which I paid extra for I had to wait til the next morning for. It is not a big fee, but when I am offered something extra for a price then I expect that service or my money back and I didn't receive either even after contacting customer service. Nowhere when paying for priority speed does it mention it might take longer then as advertised. When talking to customer service they did nothing to help and had no accountability.

They take your money but even if you win you can't withdraw it until you bet over and over. They will not answer phone calls and they keep beating around the Bush. But it's all a scam

This is the worst and $#*!tiest company. Biggest scammer online. Dont play in Bovada. It is so set up for the casino games and live dealer it seems like they have bots playing.

When you win and want to collect, they offer their own coins. To get those coins, you need to set an account with them... In the end, you never collect!

I rate Bovada -0. Deposited $5000, bet and won $27K over 2.5 months. Bovada only shows $1000 available but yet shows $27K in "money in" on the transactions. After several weeks and several live chats requesting multiple screen shots of what I see on y end, I am still unable to withdraw $1. This is a SCAM and fraud!

I signed up with a signing bonus ~$250 with a $250 bonus. I've bet ~$2k and still all of my funds are locked. Contacted a rep, said I needed to wager an additional $300, I've done so, and still my funds are locked. DO NOT USE.

I have bet on this site for 10years, cashed many of checks. They finally got me. They sent me a check for $3000. 00 max payout. Done this dozens of time no issue. This time they close the account the check is written from. April 1st deposit, on June 7th I get 3000. 00 wiped from my bank account. I call the bank and they tell me I had a check returned. I ask for all documents and recieve them. The account check written from was CLOSED! I have now been fighting with them for over a month! Still no resolution to the problem. Summited documents from their bank in Canada and my bank here in the States! They deposited $50 on my account for the troubles which didn't even cover the bank fees! This is straight THEFT, ROBBERY, SCAM. Site has really went downhill, customer service is AWFUL. No one wants to help. I even sent an email to corporate dispute email with absolutely no response from them.

I finally threw in the towel on this sports betting site. They had nice bonuses throughout the pandemic so I could put up with their rude customer service (often keeping you on hold for 10 to 20 minutes). Unfortunately, they are inconsistent in how they apply their bonuses and more importantly, there's no transparency. Their Bitcoin Exclusive program is now only for what they deem as "recreational" players (so not a "welcome" bonus but rather a bonus every time you deposit until they deem you a full born degenerate and then you get nothing regardless of how much money you've deposited with their site). In addition, they would periodically throw a bonus your way, but without knowing why, the whole thing just seemed arbitrary and that doesn't give me a lot of confidence that the process is fair. Quite frankly, I'd like to know why I'm getting a bonus instead of this sporadic "hey we just dropped a gift into your account". I just opened an account with Sportsbetting.ag today and feel I will be much happier (especially with their 9% racebook rebate with no rollover).

Do not use this site. There are so many better sites that don't steal your money. I wish I would have known or asked ahead of time? I played sports bets daily and usually win and I don't stop until I lose most of the time, well I tried to call my limit this time and cashed out. Next day I tried logging in and it says my account is disabled also a separate email says my withdrawal check was denied!?! Wtf this is not fair and I hope everyone who bets sees this.
