Do not use this terrible place Omg. I was trying to play poker and they took my money and I never got to play. I contacted the chat service they refused to transfer me to a supervisor after multiple times of requesting and when I called they wouldn't send me to a supervisor. This is fraud taking my money with out providing a service. Trust me I've never had a worst experience ever. They are ok to take ur money but when u have an issue they don't care to help. Save ur money guys

Stole my card information and made $400 of purchases on dating websites. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN. They will steal your information and if you win you won't get paid out. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Hopefully people read this before depositing.

I placed a wager yesterday morning for the Phillies and the dodgers to get a grand slam Phillies lost but the dodgers got a grand slam last night I went to check to see if they paid it out and it was missing off my account I've been calling but they not accepting calls cause of coronavirus which they say so I'm emailing them since last night and all today about my missing wager and haven't got no answer as to why my wager will be missing off my account I won $1,000 on that wager I'm getting no answer from them as to why my wager is missing off my account and not showing they have me feeling like they scamming and this is not acceptable if I'm playing my money with them they should be able to pay me out my wins and not take my wager from me this is a outrage and I won't answers and I want to be paid out like I should be I won fair and square and they're not honoring my win they just removed it completely from my transactions this is not right at all

The online betting is fun the casino part sucks bovada needs to adjust their program 3 bonuses back to back and only got a 1.50 off a 2 dollar bet hopefully they fix it I will not be using this site or any other site of theirs again and don't recommend this site

The only way to get your winnings out of Bovada is to move your winnings to Crypto or pay $100 fee. P.I.T.A. Especially if you don't deal with Crypto. Also, they claim to have a promotion on your first bet, but there is no way that I could see to earn the promotion AND all of your winnings are tied up until the promotion is satisfied. Stay away!

Give you a bonus but make you use your winnings before Bonus is even used and by that time you win nothing off the bonus the give you win signing up. AVOID THEM and keep your money

This site is a scam. Don't use it I repeat Don't do it. I've been with site for almost a year now. I started winning and all of sudden they disabled my account lol. Talking about suspicious activity. How? I referred my cousin last night and received my bonus. I played all night and got the roll over on the bonus. Got it up to 2k and this morning my account was disabled. This betting site is a complete joke

They canceled 2 separate bets for the same reason. (Line errors), if 2 separate bets are getting canceled for error of line bets. It either mean somebody been winning too much money or they have a glitch in their system. Because both of my bets won fair and square. Its not like they were outlandish. I made timely bets before the cut off period and its RARE to have 1 line error but 2! On two separate games is too much of a coincidence. If you can go to any other betting site, i would advise. Fanduel is looking good

I've been using the site for months now, small stakes. Was winning per my usual, maybe 5-10$/day. All the sudden, sharks in the water. No matter what the game. Glitches, game randomly closes and it takes my bet. Pretty horrible, will not be using anymore. Don't play small stakes poker unless you want to put up half your buy in to see a flop either. People with gambling addictions run rampit through here as well.

Bovada is a horrible website. They took $1000 I deposited from me because they accused me for abusing their bonus refer a friend in which I made a different account due to my bank closing down everything my cards everything saying they are a red flag in the system and now they refused to give it back and close my account out. Don't ever use these people. They are horrible. If they investigated properly they'd know I was not abusing the friend bonus.

This company i have been using for years and over the last 2 months has been awful. They have taken money out of my account several times saying that there were charge backs but when contacting the bank they no nothing about it. There merchants have always doubled charged me several times for the same charges that were withdrawn from my bank account. Has anyone else had this problem? Then you go to dispute this and they make you wait a month and send a bank statement.

Bovada will pay you but if you win you theyll tax you 100 after the first time. And if you change your phone number it's a wrap make a new profile you ll never be able to update your profile and live chat will give you the $#*! around when you try to get some assistance.
