App gives fake live numbers to convince you to go one way then once you place the bet the score updates, I caught this 3 times I will never place a bet on this app again

They disabled my account because I forgot my pin. Even though I answered security questions. I have a disabled account even after emailing & contacting customer support.

I have had my bovada account for over 3 years I hadn't played on my account in a few months and had changed my phone number.I deposited money and played I got up to a point where I wanted to withdrawal.My old phone number was still tied to the account and it requires a code sent to your phone number to request a withdrawal.I went ahead and contacted support and was waiting with them for about 45 minutes just for them to say I was in a banned area and could not play.Never had any issues before but they suspended my account stating that reason.Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

Off the App Store and wouldn't let me sign in anywhere else. Took my money. No help with the worthless chat thing. No phone number. Terrible Stay away

This is my complaint here is my last email sent to bovada (scam)

First off I'd like to say I really loved playing st Bovada,and I was loyal customer. I have some decent wins and I've had my share of loses but thats gambling taking a chance to win or lose. I play at Bovada & Betonline but before what happened I preferred Bovada.with that being said,I made 2 Bitcoin deposits, you never had a minimum and I made a deposit 1st one never even appeared spoke with a rep chat and to make a long story short gave me my deposit in a bonus.so I cant even use it,unless I make another deposit and I did,never showed up next agent said he seen it and I had to wait 24 hrs.Every deposit I've ever made has gone in within ten minutes and withdraws have taken up to 24 hrs but this is all new first time having problems.I tried several times to remedy the problem and getting no where.chat reps click off people telling me i sent to wrong address,I have the blockchain transcript,I have all my transactions to bovada all of them.Nowthis is my last time Im being told to ask and be courteous for this to be remedied will you put both my deposits in my account so i can use my money as before this mess or send both my last 2 deposits back bitcoin and I can be done with this.Im not just going to except whatever this is or why this is but its not right and if you have a minimum you shouldn't even except my deposits to begin with correct but i sent $62 and and $70 the $70 hasn't been posted period where is that? Im tracking these deposits tonight to your account if it takes all night but i have screen recorder and im going to apply that to my FTC report and many others.I just want one of two my money in my account or returned if you need anything from me Ill help you anyway I can.Thanks again just asking you to make it right...I know I sent it to the right place.look at all my deposits then my last 2 I got screwed over,,,

Bovada will let you win but only a few times after that the games will just take your money. I've played over 20,000$ I think I'm about even do I will not continue with this platform. Wouldn't recommend playing if you want a fair play. I know winning dors happen but they are not in the business of loosing money. Be carfull. Oh and there bouneses are horrible!

Cashed out via bank check like i have for years, check bounces and written from a closed Canadian Acct, they have not returned the money and just continue the lies. Customer service sucks, stay away from these thieves.

Seems legit at first getting cash back weekly bonuses then they are taken away Soon as you start climbing up the ladder And it only gets worse. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SITE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I WON $3000, AND I WANTED TO WITHDRAW $2800 AND THE NEXT THINK I KNOW THEY WANT TO ASK FOR DOCUMENTION, WHICH I SENT MORE THAN ONE TIME. THREE WEEKS LATER NO MONEY, THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL DID NOT GIVE A REASON. I FEEL THEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY OUT.

They say USDT withdrawals are free, but then they subtract ~2% from the amount they send. Not cool. Just disclose the fees upfront. But where it gets much much worse is when I contacted their customer support agent Martha. She kept telling me that they have sent the full amount in USDT and it is my wallet that is subtracting fees. 🤦‍ No matter how many times I tried to explain that it is not true and that you can see it on the blockchain because all of the crypto transaction details are PUBLIC... she kept repeating that they sent the full amount and that my wallet charged fees to receive. Unreal. Never using Bovada again.

I've been with Bovada for years. I still remember the days when they were Bodog. They've never cheated me. When I request a withdrawal, there has never been a delay. Yes on occasion there may be a slow settlement or a wrong outcome. That has only happen twice since I've been with them. And trust me, they've compensated me with free bonuses and reward points and I didn't even ask.

The chat support is easy to use and you could get support immediately. For those that say the chat feature don't work, refresh your browser, clear your cache, disable unnecessary add ons on your browser.
I'm not even affiliated with Bovada but I find it necessary to defend them because they only treated me with the utmost respect.

They say RTP is measured through time, so tell me how I could stay in 1 game and it's the same results. Tonight is my lastnight. 54$ deposit just for fun. Minimum wager and 12$ was my return amount. This site is sketchy as F**K! It's like they give you good cards when you first start and spend a little bit of money just to get you hooked. DON'T FALL FOR IT! My buddy won $1800 and when he tried to withdraw the money they put up hurdle after hurdle making it impossible to verify his identity to send him his money. This went on for two full weeks and they kept on denying his one year old "real id" state of Oklahoma driver's license told him to get his SS CARD which he went and ordered a copy of it and got a temporary verification form and provided that which to nobody's surprise was not accepted. This place is a one way money funnel. If you want to have at least a shot at winning something this is the antithesis to your efforts. You will not receive a dime from them and they straight up tell you they don't care about your reviews because we'll just look on here they are 99.9% complete trash just like the group of thieves that are behind the scam. You are better off chancing money anywhere else in the planet than Bovada. They are 100% thieves and happy to let you know about it.

No real legit casino would treat his customers the way they do let's just say for instance if I lost $10,000 playing Baccarat, why would I need a casino bonus to go play a casino game when I don't even play slots. They have been doing this for a while so I am down maybe 80K in the past 6 months. I am not asking for much but 12 percent back in free play that I can play bacc with why would I want to go play a right casino game that you have to wager 30 times the bonus to win it's almost impossible to do. I can go to a real casino and get back 18% of my theoretical.
