The item is amazing and fit perfect. All though was told 5 to 7 business days. It took 6 almost 7 weeks to arrive. I emailed and they got right back with me. Very polite, asked if I want to cancel or wait a bit. I waited and very much worth it. With all that's going on I understand about stuff being delayed, you can't control the mail. I love it, I will be ordering again real soon. Thanks guys it's awsome
This company sent me tshirt quality shirts that looked to be like sweaters on the pictures. And they were holiday shirts that arrived two weeks after the holidays so I couldn't even try to use them.
There was no invoice with return info in the package so I emailed customer service to let them know of my desire to return these items because of their quality.
They lead with, "what items are you wanting to return?" And then had some odd numbers for the items, I guess that were what I ordered.
I let them know that yes, those are items I'd like to return. With which they responded with trying to pay me only 10% refund for then, which would be like $6-7 dollars. I politely declined saying that I wouldn't even wear these shirts because of their quality. They then told me that my request to return the items was past due, as I only had 14 days after delivery to return the items. Um, what? They should have lead with that very important bit of information! They basically just wasted all my time to be able to return the undesirable items.
A complete waste of money!
I will do what I can to warn other consumers of their sneaky ways to steal your money.
It's no wondered they'd prices seem so good… they dont actually send you what it pictured.

I love the stripe set, but the clothes are made smaller than the actual size. I would have returned the set but you don't have a larger size, so I gave it to me sister. Shopping and checking out is very easy.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
