The shopping experience was good but the product is cheap and tacky, the beaded detail is just stuck on with thick double sided tape and was sliding off when they arrived. Luckily I managed to move it back but I won't be purchasing anything from here again.

The products originate from China. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my items. There is only an email that you can send your concerns. When you ask the estimated arrival, it says "a couple more days." I have received this same response on numerous occasions and to date, have not received my items. I asked for a refund and the representative said that I had to wait for the products to be delivered. Don't be fooled.
