Disappointed with the colours that arrived nothing like on website. Returns system poor.

Found the website really easy to navigate around and offers an outstanding range of products. There was a delay in delivery due to stock issues but this was professionally resolved and my partner loves her new lingerie ……. And so do I 💪👍💪

I purchased some outfits for my wife for an Anniversary trip we were going on. I ordered the products two and a half weeks before our trip. In todays world, that is more than enough time for shipping. The products did not come in on time, so we didn't have them for our trip. When we got home, my wife tried the panties on that were labeled small and they should have been labeled large. They were very loose and didn't fit. Overall my first and last time as a customer.

I may not have thoroughly understood the size of the products I ordered. I believe they were on sale and appeared to be in limited supply so I may have rushed without completely looking into that part. I went with the size I've purchased before on similar items from other shops.
