Had to send this item back as it was not the material I expected and was also not made very well. Waiting for a refund.

Good so far! I was happy with 3 out of the 5 items I purchased. The delivery just took a long time. If I new before making my purchase that delivery would take 3 weeks I may not have made the purchase. But, overall not bad. I was happy with 3 of the items.
I had no difficulty in ordering or receiving my product. It looked exactly as it did in the photo. My only issue is that the material is really thin. It won't keep her very warm on cold winter nights, but I guess that's where I come in.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
