I can't get a full refund because they are mask however they are plastic and I did not take the film off. But they are horrible.

Having finally received the clothes, they're awful, wrong sizes, poor quality, extremely disappointed, will never shop with boutique feel ever again, and will warn others not to.

The items I received was not worth the money paid, pictures are deceiving so be careful on what you purchase.
No one could give me a delivery date. It was shopping fed ex. There should always be a delivery date.

Waited for the items to come. When I got them they didn't fit properly not happy as there is a clause stating no refunds even though there not the right size
I received my product and loved it, spot on color, fabric and fabrication HOWEVER despite ordering an XL for extra roomy fit it fit me like a medium which is my normal size... very disappointing not being able to wear this gorgeous outfit :(

Easy shopping with boutiquefeel, nice website and plenty of choice but I felt the item was poor quality as no lining in the jacket. Still looks nice on but not as comfortable as it could be.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
