Great products although teddys aren't able to be refunded nor exchanged they're sold be an exception when it isn't even worn. My wife didn't even try it on, she knew it was too small.

This wreath came broken all the pomegranates were broken off it wasn't in a box or wrapped up, the leaves are very false it was a very disappointing purchase. I don't usually put up reviews but after receiving this product a week late I didn't mind so much about that, but the quality for what it cost just wasn't worth it. The marketing photos are very deceiving. Sorry to complain but I won't be a return customer

Order arrived in a timely manner, just poor product, material is very thin & cheaply made, not worth what I paid.

I had two items in my order that were much larger than expected. I was offered a 30% off voucher for these items if I kept them. When I inquired about a full refund I was told that I needed to get a tracked package with Royal Mail and the address was abroad so this would have worked out more expensive than the items I wanted a refund for.

After I placed my order, my card number was stolen. ALL of the fraudulent transactions were done in Los Angles, isn't that where you are based?

Everything worked smoothly, delivery was fast enough, products were great especially for their value. Nothing to complain about, would highly recommend to others.
