Don't order from this company. My shipment didn't arrive after over a month, I finally asked for a tracking number (as I ordered it for a party that was coming close) and they wouldn't provide it, without asking me, they told me they were "re-routing" the shipment back to them and would refund me. I messaged them back and said that I didn't even ask for them to cancel the order, I only wanted to track the shipment! But they basically said too late. Then when I checked my credit card statement and saw that I wasn't refunded the full amount (I was only shorted $3 and change, but it was annoying because I wanted my order and the whole thing was a inconvenience as I ended up having to rush out to get a new outfit last minute), I emailed them to advise them and they responded with these exact words, copied and pasted from their response:
"Please stop contacting us at this point. We wouldn't waste our time keeping your $3. You're obviously an unhappy person that wish to receive our attention and wish to complain in order to feel better"

I was so shocked, I didn't even respond and just considered it a loss!

I ordered a top last month and was so excited to get it in the mail! But when a month passed and it still never came and I never recieved any notification emails about it being shipped or anything finally I decided to DM them on Instagram to see what was going on. The first time I sent them a message I never heard from them. The second time someone replies back saying they will check when they get home but again I never heard back. I sent them another DM a week later saying how disappointed I was with their customer service and that it shouldn't have to take this long to recieve a shirt. They then responded and said I have been refunded. Worst online shopping experience ever! Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress on 3/28, and after 3 weeks of no shipping notifications I emailed them and sent a few direct messages on their IG account. They finally responded and said they will express ship it and I will have it in a few days. 8 days later, no updates and no dress. I made a comment on their IG page how I was disappointed in this experience and then they blocked me and quit responding. Now I have no dress and no refund. Complete scam. Instagram needs to investigate this business. Buyers, BEWARE!

Similar to everyone else, I too was scammed by this poor excuse of a company. I ordered a shirt on March 25th, the money was removed from my account on March 28th, it is not April 20th and my many emails were ignored, even though that is the only way I can contact them. I was finally DM'ed on Instagram, very unprofessionally after I made a comment asking them to respond to my emails and refund me. I haven't been refunded, although they claimed that they did and then to my surprise they blocked me! I'm working with my banks Claims Department to get my money back! STAY AWAY! It's not worth the frustration!

I ordered a bathing suite from them an never got a confirmation for tracking or anything. Then I emailed them 4x's and heard nothing. I finally private messaged them via Instagram and they replied back totally unprofessional. After not getting my order out in time I was asked "is that cool?" then I made a comment about their poor customer service and was told I would be refunded. I never got a refund and they blocked me on Instagram. The BBB can't even help and now I am stuck. They are complete thieves.

This sad attempt at something called a business should be avoided at all costs. They don't know how to fill orders in a timely fashion and then when they finally do normally after you have to email them to find out the status of your order they then only send you part of it. Then when you contact them to find out where the rest of the order is they simply refer back to kindergarten and play the I'm just going to ignore you game instead of accepting responsibility of their numerous screw-ups and trying to fix it.

I ordered a dress from Bossy Snob, and after a month, they contacted me saying that it was no longer being manufactured. I was ok with that, but asked for a refund. Then, they vanished into thin air - they could not be reached by phone, email, etc. So, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau, and Bossy Snob assured me that the money would be refunded. The BBB closed the case, but I still didn't receive anything. Still looking for an avenue to get my money back. They are horrible people and I hope karma bites them in the $#*! one day.

I ordered a couple items from this site as I frequently online shop. It took over a month to get to me with some bs story stating if we would like a refund once the items are received that they would be happy to issue that. The quality of clothes were very low so I asked for my refund and returned the items. After 4 months of emails and very few responses from them, they now have my items and I have no refund. Safe to say I've been scammed and won't see my $200. They post cute stuff, but don't let it trick you!
