I submitted an online order for my girlfriend with this company around June 24. Everything was going OK and I received a shipping notification on June 26. A few days after when I did not receive any tracking information, I emailed their customer service to request a tracking number so I could follow the shipment. They emailed me back fairly promptly and said they would have the tracking information for me in 48 hours. Needless to say, I did not receive the tracking information or any email from them whatsoever. After a week or so I did not receive the package and I proceeded to call the number on their website. I left a voicemail and waited another few days. I contacted them on Instagram and by email several more times. They responded on Instagram and said they'd handle the issue... nothing was done yet again.
At this point I would say my money is as good as stolen. I have never been treated so poorly by any sort of retailer in my life.
Please, never buy a single thing from this company.

I returned an item for over 150$ they never refunded me and I cannot get in touch with them. They blocked me on Instagram when I asked for the refund and never respond to emails. They robbed me.

Ordered 2 outfits back in March, finally received them one in late May. Definitely not what was advertised. They said they would refund my money, yet still waiting for that to happen. I'm shocked to read good reviews, they must work for the company. I would not recommend this store. Shop at own risk.
I ordered a dress on March kept getting the run around about when I would receive my dress. In April over a month later I received this ugly piece of cloth that was not even anything like the dress I ordered. Then I was given a credit but had to pay for shipping all over again. I paid shipping and ordered a dress and shorts. I received the dress 3 weeks later cheap dress. And it is now June still no shorts. They just want your money and don't send you what you ordered. A lot of people comment on Instagram of how they also never received orders and all bossy snob does is delete them. And they ignore all emails too. The "good" reviews on top sound fake. Don't buy from them.
Their clothes have good quality. I'm very happy with all my things from them

They respond very well to every text and e-mail you have regarding your shipment, very impressed with their growing customer service
Hello, I am a fashion stylist and I would highly recommend Bossy Snob. I follow them on Instagram and it is the perfect site to get the latest fashion forward trends! One of my favorite things about their clothing is that you can't find it anywhere else and it always looks fabulous on! I had 0 problems with shipments and am most definitely a satisfied customer:)

I ordered from this site a few months back and only received one of my two items. When I asked where my other item was, they kept telling me it will be there in 5 days. It never came and I kept getting the run around. I finally made a claim with paypal and contacted the person on paypal who supposedly shipped my items. They apologized and said they had to let go of some employees who were making these mistakes. I got a refund and $100 credit to restore my trust in bossysnob.com. I finally used my credit on April 14th. It's been almost a month and again, no tracking, no items. I will make another claim with paypal and never order from this site again!
I ordered 3 dress from them on april 4th, its currently may 3rd and i still did not receive my package. I never even received a confirmation email or tracking number. I had to email them to see if they got my order. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying it will be there in 7-10 days. Never order from them.
