I had accidentally bought two and they refunded and let me keep the book. I was quite surprised as I was ready to just exchange for another.
This is my first time buying from Book Outlet. Overall it's a very leasant experience. The books are brand new and really fun to read with my child, who loves them very much as well!

Picking out and ordering my books was easy and simple, however I was slightly disappointed with their pack job this time. The box came partially opened and the books were kinda moving about inside where as in the past they would put some packaging I. Their to prevent damage.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the book I received was new, no underlining, no color coding and was a decent price. I love being able to hold a "real" book as opposed to using Kindle. The only issue was the delivery time- I was expecting earlier than what it took to deliver my order.

The order process was very easy, the books I ordered were delivered pretty quick and although I have not started to read the books the quality of merchandise seems to be good. Will probably use Book Outlet for future orders.
