I am very pleased with the books I got. They are in pristine condition and the prices were fabulous.

I love the prices and condition of the books. Love free shipping even more and I'm okay with delivery time.
Book's cost was great. Timely delivery. However, demanding 50 characters was a drag.
While I was excited about the books and their low prices, they were delivered with damage (folds, creases, scratches) that could have happened in transit. They were not secured in delivery box which could have prevented this from happening.

Great experience but packing was a tad sloppy. Books moved a lot and some covers got bent in the process. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm a repeat client, I like that I can find what I need at a very affordable price plus good shipping deal.
Boxes have not been packed well. I've purchased from book outlet many time and each time my books have arrived in a broken box. This time/order specifically USPS told me they hoped everything was in there because the box was just broken wide open.
The manager quickly helped locate my book and the price was right. I told my parents about the place and my mom is over the moon.

For the most part, I have loved my experience with book outlet! Originally my only hang up is I sometimes received damaged books. But because of the price I easily got over that. My first real issue happened with my most recent order as I received extra books I did not order and I was also missing some books.
