Shipping took 15 days from my order date. Really wasn't expecting it to take that long and it effected my business
Almost all the books I received were in excellent condition. One book was crushed in the box causing the pages to be all bent and crushed but that did not alter the book to be unreadable. I really enjoyed how cheap the prices were for the books for the condition they came in. I will def. Be purchasing more books in the future.
The only improvement necessary is my lack of patience waiting for this wonderful book, which arrived in great shape. Thank you.

Found the series that I was searching for. The little house series was the books I read over and over again as a young girl.
The delivery time was a bit long, but my biggest disappointment was the condition of the shipping box. The Post Office said they received the box damaged, and they had tape all over it trying to keep it together. The books could be seen from the outside but thankfully, they weren't damaged. My suggestion is to pack items better, and use a faster and more reliable shipping agent. I am a bit hesitant to place another order, as the next time, my books might be lost out of the box or damaged.
These books were a great find, however they could've been packaged better - I had one hardcover with the dust-jacket flap OVER the book, and one of the books was dirty and I had to wipe it off. Still, for the price, not bad at all!
Super easy to order. Kept me informed when it shipped and gave me tracking info. It took a while (I think almost 2 weeks) to receive it, but other than that, I had a good experience. It was packaged really well. And I didn't realize it was a hardback book - like new. I could have paid $22, but instead paid $7 on Book Outlet. Thank YOU!

Need to use more and/or sufficient packing material for inside of the box. A lot of my books arrive damaged. It is NOT a one time thing, it happens on every order.

Everything aside from the delivery was perfect. The box came torn apart and open I'm not sure if it was the delivery men or if it was because of packaging.
I mean seriously! This website it's crazy good! Love all my books and the shipping was pretty fast also! For sure i will return for mire books!
Everything was great except when I finally got my delivery. My box was torn open I am shocked I did not lose any books. The box was so bad I could barely pick it up without it ripping. I could see everything inside without touching the box.
It does take a while to get the books but it is coming from Canada to the bottom of Texas so I understand.
I've never had a problem with the books, no damages.
The overall experience was great. The only issue I had is with how the books were shipped. The books were just thrown into a box with no evidence of being packed properly. Some of the books were bent and damaged from not being packed correctly.
Box delivered was mangled, open and retaped shut. Most books ok but not handled well at all. USPS said it was presented to them already that way by previous carrier
I have not received my book and the tracker says they don't know where it is.
