The print was too small on one book so it's no good. I wish there was a way of knowing size of print before ordering.
It was a good experience and the books were a good price. However 3 out of the four times I've bought from Book Outlet there have been books missing from the order because they were sold out. I wish that they had a system that would let the buyer know the book is sold out and not to get the hopes up. Also, there are often books that once they're gone, they're gone forever.
Otherwise, the quality of service is great, the prices are amazing and there are constantly 15-20% off sales throughout the month.
I was looking for a puzzle of the world and Book outlet had what I wanted at a great price. I also wanted books on healthy eating and they had several great options to choose from!
Prices were good... the check out process was difficult and I somehow ended up with doubles of books 2 books... and when I contacted the site to get them to fix it... the window for change had closed... even though the books hadn't shipped yet... so I rec'd 5 books when I wanted 3... and now I hafta go thru a "return" process and ship them back... seems like a bit of a waste to me...

Everything, from the book's (Tale of Two Cities by Charles $#*!ens) physical appearance, cover, print is top notch. That includes its even earlier than promised delivery. Perfect.

Ordering books was super easy. All along, I was able to follow the order's progress and best of all, all 6 books (hardbacks) I ordered were in amazing conditions. 4 of the 6 had that dot mentioned on the side but 2 didn't and i actually could not find any fault or damage with those 2. So those 2 were a lovely surprise. I'm building up my wishlist right now so I can order again soon.
I bought like 10 books from this site over the span of a week and they all arrived within 2 days (I'm in Toronto)! The books were brand new and I loved the papermill classics editions that they had! It has limited selection sometimes but they seem to update their stock daily! I'm obsessed with this site!

Looked for a particular book and found two choices. One was lower price with low-cost shipping. Check out process was a little clunky but worked well just the same. Books in good shape through Canada Post arrived within a week. Will use this source again.
Brand new books from a wide variety to choose from for such a low price is absolutely fantastic. I bought books for my baby whose under 1, the quality was great no damages or any tears. Also bought some fiction books which were also in good condition, all brand new. The delivery was quick as well, came in 4 days
