Was so pleased with the quality of the books I received! Honestly all looked brand new, which is amazing considering the prices!
I've purchased from Book City several times. No issues ever. Delivery was fast. Hardest part for me is trying to select enough books for free delivery. Just wish the sides of the books (pages) weren't marked with a black marker line or red dot (re: gifts), but the prices are unbeatable.
I live in Ontario. I purchased a paperback book on a Tuesday, that was brand new and unmarked, for $9.09 instead of paying the major competitor's price of $22.99 for the same paperback book and it was delivered two days later, on Thursday.

It's simple & easy love the no minimum shipping too, I made a mistake & entered the wrong address because it asked for the street address which I was thinking wasnt my actual home # but rather the street & than it didn't ask for the actual address but why wouldn't it have been already in the system and prompt me with that previous order & my correct address needless to say it sat in the post office fir a week before I realized it was taking some time to arrive, I also never received any updates until I tracked the package, if there is an option of receiving updates why is that not done?

I love the Book Outlet because I feel that purchasing from them is a bit more environmentally friendly than buying from large commercial book retailers. It's great to buy books that have minor cover flaws or damage because they are way more affordable and they aren't being brought to the dump. The mail orders are sent promptly.
