I have a $5 credit that I bought books so as to use. SDM49FTXRB No widow for it appeared. So in the end I did not get the credit.

Book Outlet always has the YA and Romance novels I'm looking for. Even new releases pop up on Book outlet fairly quickly and for insanely low prices. On-top of the already low prices it always feels like there are additional sales happening and I can support my book collecting obsession with out the guilt of breaking the bank. I even get extremely lucky with their graphic novels from time to time which are typically very expensive elsewhere. The books are always in excellent quality and arrive very fast. I always recommend Book Outlet to my friends

You have great pricing. One small niggle on your website - there is no main category for fantasy or science fiction. I end up with a title search on these words.
On to deliveries. It takes longer to get packages from you than any other company I buy from. I suppose I can live with that if I had to but my main concern is that the last two packages have been thrown on the ground at the bottom of my steps. The most recent package was wet. The cardboard was falling apart. The books were soaked. They now stink. Metroland is the only courier that does this. Every one else climbs one flight of steps and puts the package at my door, out of the rain. I strongly encourage you change couriers. If you are going to keep these guys please, please put the books in waterproof packaging.

After spending thousands at Book Outlet O was sent a damaged book that looked used. Received an official reply that inferred that I was lucky that the books were so cheap and I would have to pay to return the damaged book. Looking forward to the end of the pandemic so we do not have to buy from Book Outlet.

We are sellers of publisher overstock books. Our books have never been previously owned; however, they have had a prior shelf life. Due to the nature of our product, our books can arrive with wear, but will always be in a readable condition. When you had claimed your reward under the 'Manage Rewards' tab a unique reward code appeared underneath. To redeem this reward code, you must copy and paste the unique code into the 'Gift Card' box at checkout using the password 'bookoutlet'. However; if you just claimed the reward and did not apply the code to the order it will remain valid within your Book Outlet account under the 'Manage Rewards' tab until it has been successfully applied to an order.
