I purchased a seven book series for my 11 year old and he was so happy to be able to get the series for a lot less than you would pay for new copies. He was so excited that they came in a few days.

I don't know if it's used books but one of the books I received was in horrible condition, it smelt like alcohol and the pages were stuck together. I understand re selling used books but they should at least be in better condition.

Ordered four books from them at ~~$10 cad a book, one of which was 36 on Amazon so great prices! Only three of the books had the black mark and all small. The shipping estimate kept fluctuating so if you need them asap not ideal but still fairly quick! Took just over a week and I'm fairly remote. Super recommend if you don't mind the black mark on the pages!

This was the first time I ordered from Book Outlet and I was extremely pleased and very surprised by the condition and quality of the books I received. I was hoping for at least good quality but most of the books I received were in like new condition The price I paid was very reasonable compared to what I would have paid would I have purchased these same books at a local book store considering the quality and condition of the books. Very happy customer and will be using the Book Outlet in the future.

Only paid $150 for 19 books. My inner dragon was very happy to see my hoard grow. Only two came in slightly damaged (one had about 5-7 pages with small tears at the bottom, didn't impact readability, the other was slightly warped so I sandwiched it). Great quality otherwise, and definitely worth it for the price.

Prices are great, shipping really fast and delivery as well. Packaging was done professionally and none of the books got damaged which is what often happens elsewhere. All in all I'm more that happy

Everything about Book Outlet was good. The book selection, prices, processing and delivery times. I was happy because I'd found some books I'd been searching for for a while and had been unable to find.

The only thing is that when it received my order one of the titles I ordered came damaged. The cover is bent and misshapen, like it had been wet or crumpled then straightened out again. In addition to their being a hole in the back cover. I take pride in the books I own so receiving one that was damaged as this is less than ideal and a little upsetting.

I hardly believe it but I've "been in love" with Bookoutlet for 12 yrs... and sung its praises wherever I can. Superb and caring customer service, the jolt of joy at seeing a covetted book now within my price range and the super fast shipping (once a book needed replacing and it was immediately) have kept me reading, thinking, mulling and enjoying life more. No small feat for a bookstore! You changed my life - book by book.

I love looking through the website, I have three big readers at home and it's so wonderful to be able to bring in new books often without breaking then bank! There's always a great selection of books and authors. Shopping is super easy, shipping is great as well. Overall always a great experience.
